NillThe hotel had an odor especially in our room. The pool was filthy and you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. The jets in the hot tub were a joke. The place is not maintained. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel! The pool by itself is a safety hazard. My family and I will not be coming back. Saw a cockroach in the dining area. I’ve been to some bad hotels before but nothing like this. Only good thing really was the tv and that the bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness was terrible.

NillDon't stay here unless you are literally looking for a place to pass out drunk. I booked (2) king bed rooms. Upon arrival we were informed that they had no more king bedrooms available and offered us two double queens. We argued and said that's not what we reserved and it was not acceptable. He then said they did have (1) king room available but the key entry to the room didn't work so he would have to let us in each time we wanted to enter the room. That was absolutely not going to happen. The room itself was OK, although there was clearly a half ass attempt at freshening up the room recently with paint overspray. The secondary door lock was broken off on the inside so we had to use a chair to wedge it under the doorknob for backup safety. Earlier in the day when we dropped off our vehicles there was a lady asleep or passed out in the lobby and someone had completely destroyed the lobby bathroom. There was a car in the parking lot that had blankets all over the windows because someone was clearly living in it. Don't waste your money here. Spend another $100 per night and stay closer to campus.

NillPlace smells really bad. Especially the lobby. The pool was empty. The hot tub is disgusting and green. Stains of the bed sheets. After reading reviews, all these things have been said MONTHS ago and they have not addressed any issue. Spend your money elsewhere or you will regret it.

NillReading the reviews and seeing that the team responds saying that they’ll address the issues is frustrating. There’s a review from a month ago describing exactly the same problem we had: cockroaches in our room, intense odor of rotting garlic consuming the room and entry, and the steel trash can in the corner of the dining area was coated with a dried rotten film with flies flying out of it (which was also at midnight, so it had been there for quite some time). There were holes in the decaying ceiling in our bathroom and the AC unit smelled like urine. I understand that some issues may take a little bit of time to resolve, but given that even the rotten film on the trash can hadn’t been wiped down in what looks like weeks, I can’t imagine anything has changed.

NillIt was a nice hotel, but definitely not worth $208 dollars on a Wednesday night. Yup, you read that right. The hotel was listed as $58 dollars. Which seems fair. And honestly, it is for the quality of the room. Upon check in, I was told there was a HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLAR deposit added. Whatever, the front desk said id get the deposit back, so no big deal, right? Of course not. This review is 2 stars for a reason. I really wish I could find a member of this non existant management staff, so I could maybe get a reason for my deposit not being returned.

NillWe stayed at this hotel 8/31/2024. I had 2 rooms for the night of the husker game. The place was decent, enough to stay for cheap anyway but by no means "nice" the next day I had a pending charge for $150 but assumed it was for a damage deposit that would release from my card. On September 3rd it CHARGED to my card and did not release. I have been calling since that day asking about this charge and was told multiple times that it had been reversed and the manager was always "out of town." Tonight I FINALLY got someone on the phone to tell me it was not a damage deposit but was a charge for broken or missing items. There was no details as to what was wrong with the room. This is the room I personally stayed in so I know the trash was all together and I had even stripped the bed and gathered the towels in one spot. He told me there was no way to dispute the charges and no way to get additional details as to what was wrong with the room. I am pissed at their terrible service and lack of answers as to why I am being charged an additional $150 for an already below par stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

NillI would have gave this place a decent four-star, until I found a bed bug on the ceiling. As I walked in the door. I wouldn't have noticed it had I not looked at the light switches and one said room and the other was labeled desk, I seen no desk so I looked around then looked up and boom there. It was. When I went to the front desk with a picture and explained that I work nights and would be staying only a few hours till checkout but still was concerning. He told me because I wasn't staying another night. He couldn't change my room. I even tried to be nice and be private about it talking to him to the side as to not mess up business.. okay and second when I was looking for bugs on the bed and box spring and headboard, I noticed that neither the bed or the box spring had actual hygienic or hypoallergenic covers on them which also protect them from bugs. I noticed at the head of the box spring it looked like a softball size runoff blood stain on the box spring and the room stink horribly. I'm standing outside at 11:15 p.m. Right now for the past 35 minutes still itching all over from what I have seen lol. And that's not an exaggeration by any means. Don't stay here. It's not worth it. There are many other places that are cheap that take better care of there establishment better than these people do.
