It was super filthy. Our first room wasn't vacuumed, couch was filthy, and the toilet was full of toilet paper and feces. The second room wasn't vacuumed and floor was covered with popcorn and the pull out bed on the couch was broken and the couch was filthy. When we decided to leave they refused a refund even though we didn't stay and had to change hotels.

I have always loved this hotel in this location. I have stayed there quite a few times since 2009, with friends and family, but I do believe the management has changed, and the staff is extremely unprofessional, they are unfriendly and rude, plus it is not very clean and the updates are sloppy, but the rude staff is something nobody should have to deal with. Especially when you're only in town because you're visiting a family member that's very ill in the nearby hospital. We will never stay there again. Super glad our stay was discounted

DO NOT STAY! If you have to DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST!!!! It’s old un cleaned slimy left over reheated and same coffee from days before. The customer service of the front desk was let’s say a warm body. The pool is cold and no fitness center to be found. First floor rooms floors were wet coming out of bedrooms, they move you to the 3rd floor. Checkout-none. Smell of cigarette smoke through entire building and in rooms. You can hear everything.

I arrived at 5pm, the second floor had an odor in the hallway and vaguely in our room. Left at 5:30 for an event returned around 9pm. When I returned the odor was still there. An odor of mold, vape, or possibly another stench brought in by other people's clothes or being done by others in close proximity, if you get my drift. By 10:15pm I was itching so bad and getting welts on my legs and other parts of my body that I made the decision to start packing my things up to leave. I went to the front desk to check out around 11pm. The gentleman at the desk was very concerned that I didn't give him the chance to remedy the concerns or issues but I wasn't staying for another minute or bringing my daughter back to that hotel from her event to stay their for the night. It's a shame because we have stayed there before, a couple years ago, and it wasn't like this. I washed everything in hot water when we got home!! I'm not even sure if I am going to push to get refunded because the reservation couldn't be found by the front desk when I checked in by using the confirmation number I was given by the front desk when I made the reservation. Choose elsewhere...

The front desk was nice enough. We were confused and thought it was a Jacuzzi suite. It was a jetted tub and it was disgusting.  There was hair and ***** hairs in the tub. It was disgusting and even the jets were gross. Nothing was clean! We didn’t even want to take a shower. So disappointing. I really wanted to take a Jacuzzi.

Worst house keepers ever. My family and I stayed three days and never got our beds cleaned and they only gave us clean towels. The room didn’t get cleaned! The night receptionist was nice and had gave us new bedding and offer to fix it for us and apologize for the inconvenience. He was super helpful and kind! The breakfast was great, not our first choice of hotel but it was decent thanks to the night receptionist being so kind and willing to help make things better. The breakfast and service of the young man will help in our decision of a hotel.

WORST FRONT DESK EVER. On our way back to Oregon from Virginia, had to stop for the night and booked this hotel. Saw on the reviews that the receptionist is rude, thought he can’t be that bad, but he exceeded our expectations. We were tired from being on the road all day only to be welcomed by an irritated and extremely rude person. Really made us consider to just drive further. But I’ve already paid. There are cheap motels in the Philippines that had better receptionists. Go book a holiday inn express or anywhere else. Plus the smoke alarm beeped all night. we had to leave our TV on to drown the noise. Definitely on the top of my worst hotel stays, mainly because the rudeness of that receptionist set the tone of our stay. Pros: Rooms were clean enough, good location.

Really bizarre stay. Mike at the front desk who checked me in the evening was very nice. However, when I initially called about bringing pets, I was not informed a pet fee was per night, felt that was outrageous to pay the fee each night. The next morning we had four people in our room, only three towels and two wash cloths, we were able to get more washcloths, then we went to ask for towels and they genuinely said no. I feel that's weird, they said wait for afternoon housekeeping, what about showering in the morning?!? The room is nice and big, two queens and a sofa bed, could sleep five people technically. The room had kind of a musty older smell, but that's alright. The room was clean at least. The breakfast was also pretty mediocre, but nothing to complain about, just a typical meal. Lastly, the location is excellent, only a ten minute drive to the Pinnacle Arena! Overall, an odd stay, I don't think I'd return, but wasn't the worst stay ever.
