NillI'm not a huge biscuits and gravy type person, but if I say they're good, they're usually exceptional. The biscuit was hot and fluffy, not too salty, and a great outer crust. The country gravy had a great flavor, not to Salty or peppery. Eggs were fluffy and soft. They did provide shredded cheese to go on top. That was a nice touch that I don't see very often. Sausage Patty was juicy and had it mild flavor, Had a lot of other options to choose from. Everything looked good and the room was very clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

NillNot overly impressed. Room had coffee or tea spilled on the wall, dirty towels under the bed, and looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. For a mobility accessible room, it was not very accessible. You had to turn on the lower shower from the highest point on the upper shower head. And for those with mobility issues it is next to impossible to climb into a tub to take a shower. Warm cookies were provided, bagged breakfast for those on the run.

NillThe hotel was nice. It was in a convenient location, close to the airport. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was excellent. Fairly standard for a Hampton, but well prepared. The pool wasn't open, but the exercise room was clean and well appointed. I marked it as a four because of the pool and the elevator floors were either very worn or just dirty.

NillMy room was clean, everything worked, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't bad. My only complaint is the pillows are awful. Bring your own. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

NillWe travel to Lincoln for 1 to 2 weeks every year, and this has been our go-to hotel. But this will probably be our last year at this hotel. We were there 7 days and 6 nights. The bed was not made or the carpet vacuumed--not once--during our entire stay. On day two I asked that the room be serviced. What we got was fresh towels, which was nice, but we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and ask for some. On day four I asked again for the room to be serviced and again got fresh towels. This time they took the trash out and mopped the bathroom floor. But took the slip mat out of the shower without replacing it and, again, we had to go to the front desk to ask for basic supplies (toilet paper and facial tissues). It's one thing to be overlooked on a busy night. But six nights in a row? After having asked on two separate occasions to have the room serviced? That's not a one-off. That's a pattern one sees in places that are chronically understaffed, where staff are overworked and under trained, and generally not set up to succeed at their jobs. I'm not looking for another hotel because of the lack of room service or even the lack of toilet paper. I'm looking for another hotel because of what that lack says about how this place treats its most vulnerable employees.

★★★★★Front desk was staffed and ready to go. Asked for restaurant coupons but non available. Room was quiet which is important when next to a highway. Hampton normally gives us a good experience. Room was clean. Halls were clean which helps with first impressions. Breakfast was typical for Hampton but decent and substantial. Would stay there again.

★★★★★We stayed here on our trip home from Denver, CO. We've stayed in Lincoln many times before as it's a halfway point for us. This hotel was great. Very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was awesome. We stayed in a disappointing hotel earlier in the trip, so this was a breath of fresh air. Great location as well! Highly recommend.
