NillRooms were fine for the price. Breakfast was excellent for the price -- sausage, eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, and continental items. The halls did not smell good, and light leaked in a bit around the door from the hallway. It wasn't too bothersome, but kind of strange. Some weather stripping would fix the problem. We had a low price from hotels.com so our expectations were not high. We would stay again.

NillOur experience at this hotel was horrible. I would never stay here again or recommend any of my friends or family stay here. It was dirty and the staff was rude. We arrived at 2 am after working all day and driving all night and should have left when we walked in. There was a note that the hot tub was broken on the counter. I specifically called before booking and was told the pool and hot tub worked just fine. Then when we walked in the room we were surprised at how spacious the room was. Until we looked at the bathroom and noticed dried urine on the toilet seat and floor. Water stain also on the bathroom floor Used soap and trash on the counter. A wet stain in front of the fridge. And dirty couches. We did not call the front desk at that time as my husband just wanted to get some sleep before we had to get up at 7 am. The good news is that the sheets did appear to be clean. In the morning we went to get breakfast and there was 1 scoop of eggs, no sausage, mushy brown apples and bananas. I dumped my apple juice out as it was watered down. When we left at 8:15 we talked to the front desk and explained the dirty room. I should have taken pictures of the lack of breakfast as well but didn't. We had somewhere to be from 9-2. When we returned to the hotel we decided that it wasn't worth it to stay here and put ourselves and child through misery for 3 more nights and wanted to check out. We talked to Rena at the front desk and she was very rude. We asked to check out and she would only refund us 2 of the 4 nights stay. I understand them charging us for the 1st night even though it was nasty, but the 2nd night is out of line. She called us liars about breakfast and my husband told her to check her video cameras. What reason would I have to lie to her? Especially, in front of my son. But here is the deal, I would have never written this review if she would have owned up to their mistakes and refunded our money. But she made the choice to not fulfill her side of the contract and yet still hold me to fulfill my monetary obligation. And so because of her choice, I have decided to write a review in hopes that no one else will have a horrible night stay or have to see a nasty bathroom upon arrival and have no breakfast after 4.5 hours sleep. And if you took the time to read all of this - 1) thank you and 2) save yourself the drama and charges and book the Best Western Plus Lincoln Inn & Suites on Wildcat Circle.

NillMy wife and I stayed here for two nights because our apartment was having some work done. When we checked in the woman named Betty was very sweet!!! She was very polite and made sure we had everything that we needed. She made us feel very welcomed!!! We would definitely stay again just based on her hospitality!!! The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the fact that it had a sofa and chair was amazing because it isn't pleasant when you stay at a hotel and you have to stay camped out on the bed. The breakfast was very good!!! We had eggs topped with cheese and salsa with sausage. They had hot and cold cereals, waffle maker, as well as bagels and different breads. All in all a very pleasant stay. It was very quiet and we look forward to staying again!!! The woman named Sandy who checked us out was amazing as well!!! Very polite and friendly!!! Awesome staff!!!

NillVery nice sized suite and continental breakfast. The location is convenient for us with family nearby and not too far a drive from the downtown Haymarket. Service was good. The room was quiet and comfortable with microwave and mini refrigerator.

★★★★★Positive: Free hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage not just the usual carb-loaded waffles. Negative: Seating in the room was not very comfortable but was better than most hotels.

NillStayed here two nights. The room was very nice. Had a suite with two double queens and a pull-out couch. The continental breakfast was good but pretty standard for hotels. close to Walmart and several restaurants.

NillThe young man at the reception desk clearly displayed an attitude that he did not want to be there. When I told him that we had a very early check-out time and asked if we could have a to-go bag for breakfast, I was told that the kitchen was being remodeled and the only thing available was coffee. When breakfast is advertised, one would expect breakfast to be available. I saw no reason why fruit and rolls/muffins could not have been readily available. I don't believe the price of the room was lowered accordingly, either. Contrary to recent reviews I am reading, no "bed bugs" were discovered and the room was clean. However, when entering the bathroom (although clean), it reeked of an odor that the closest I can describe was that of vomit. If this is what the cleaner used smells like, they need to find a different cleaner!!
