Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

The hotel was visible from the interstate on approach, so it was easy to find. We had a king bed that was very comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows! I love the way the room was decorated with blues and yellows, and we had a microwave and refrigerator at our disposal. I cannot say enough about the service...these were the absolute friendliest people. It was nice to wake up to the aroma of the breakfast in the morning. Did I love it? Yes Would I stay here again? Yes Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes!

I recently stayed here and it was hands down the best stay in town. The location is incredibly convenient, just off I-80, making it easy to get around. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the on-site restaurant, were top-notch. The breakfast was a great start to my day. What really stood out was the value for money. For the price, the quality of service and accommodations exceeded my expectations.

Came here for a party weekend and I had a really great stay here. The rooms were clean with no smells, beds were great and clean too. Breakfast was good enough to cure a hangover and there's nice area to chill and eat. The Front Desk guy and staff were super great and helpful. And for how reasonable price was (4 people, 2 night, 1 room) we will definitely come back aging.

Really friendly receptionist, the room was a bit on the smaller side, but was well cleaned. The jacuzzi was extremely nice, but the bathroom itself wasn’t overly impressive. However, would definitely come back again, great for the price!

I’d give 10 stars for service if I could!! Ryan & Park that run the front desk are both very attentive, professional & Always has a smile on. I can’t stress enough the attention to detail these 2 have/ always met with a hello with my name ( which is crazy when you know they have many guests). Rooms are quiet, very well cleaned & updated. They come with a mini fridge/ microwave/ hairdryer/ lotions/ shampoo etc. The maid service is top notch and the general areas are always extremely clean and nicely decorated. Has an indoor heated pool & workout room. Breakfast is nice with eggs/bacon/biscuits/ several variations of cereal/ waffles/ oatmeal/ pastries/ bread etc. something for everyone!! Have stayed here twice for work & will 200% be my go to hotel while ever in Omaha!!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before the new owner got it. I’ve stayed at this hotel after the new owner got it. I must say the upgrades are tremendous. The hospitality is second to none and I’m a truck driver. I’m use to staying in hotels every night. They accommodated me with what ever they could do under their control. While a snow blizzard was happening 5 stars and thanks to the manger Peter I will most definitely be coming back when I’m in Omaha !!!

This was a great place to stay. If I had to judge based on price, I honestly cringed because I aim for a minimum of $100. It was clean and smelled great, and the price was definitely affordable. We could not eat the food due to allergies and intolerances but it looked really good and smelled amazing. The desk staff was really friendly. I would definitely return. It was also dog friendly. Although they put us on the fifth floor so it was a bit of a trek it was worth staying there.

I don't understand all of these positive reviews. I stay in hotels several times a year and this was by far the worst experience I've had in a while. I stayed for a week. I was on the 4th floor and the smell in the hallway and my room was a putrid burnt vacuum cleaner smell. It could have been paint or other construction related smells since they are renovating but the smell was so bad and was so strong it gave me severe headaches during my stay. We tried opening the window, using fabreeze, but the smell never went away. During the day while I was trying to work I heard loud banging and hammering noises. The mattress was awful and we both woke up with back pain. The microwave kept tripping the surge protector they had it plugged into in my room, we had to plug it it directly to the wall to get it to work. The carpeted floor in my room was dirty on arrival and did not look well vaccumed. The vent fan in my bathroom did not work. The fitness center was 85 degrees all the time since it's next to the pool and had a kind-of working treadmill and an old actually-rusted weight lifting machine. Breakfast was exactly the same all 5 days and medicore at best. And a terrible pet fee policy! An extra $150 to have a pet with me for 5 nights; largest pet fee I've ever paid to have my cat with me in a rented space, ever. I would not stay here again, but especially not until their renovation are done. It was a very terrible week and I'm still recovering.
