NillStaff is nice. If nobody is at the front desk you'll be waiting a while even after pushing the button to the ring camera. Breakfast is decent. Clean spacious rooms. I love the huge windows with the great view. As long as you own a cellular device, you won't notice there's no phone in the rooms. If you're booking your stay only to take a bubble bath in the jet tub suite, I advise you the jets do not work and there is no plug for the tub drain. A washcloth solves the drain issue, but then you have 1 less washcloth. You're better off just going for a swim in the pool. 😅

NillThis place is pretty neat. Sorry for some of the photos. I didn't think about taking the photos before the mess. Lol... this was a staycation trip for my family. The kids were out of school, and we thought we would find a hotel with a jacuzzi tub in the room. So I found one right off the highway in the middle of Omaha, right next to 2 other bars in the same parking lot. One has food at the pub, and the other is a bar with games. Next to other dining options, gas stations and other businesses and a few minutes away from top golf and the mall that has a movie theater. The room itself was nice. Could use some updates. Our T.V. was messed up at the bottom, but it was fine. We did tell them and tried to fix it, but we didn't want a smaller TV. our room was a king suite, and we had a sofa bed and king bed that was super comfy. The jacuzzi tub worked great. My kids loved it!! There is a separate bathroom with a shower/tub. They offer breakfast in the morning, not the greatest, but it's breakfast. They had a nice size swimming pool it was room temperature, but in February, when the temperature is negative degrees, you kinda hope the pool is actually a bit warmer. And because of that, I didn't get in. My daughter braved it and had a blast. The layout is very simple, the outside of the hotel is nice, and the smell of the hotel downstairs smells great, but as you walk through the halls, you smell different things. Overall, we liked the place and would stay again. The prices were cheap and actually decent for what I got. And the area it is in. Just could use some upgrades around the pool and rooms.

NillWorst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, all around. After having to go to the ATM to give them a $100 cash only deposit, My first room had paint peeling off the ceiling, shower head detached from the wall, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They hesitantly moved me into a new room. The next rooms sheets were extremely dirty, stains on the sheets and comforter. I called down to the office and they had me come down to get a new set! I brought the dirty sheets/comforter and they provided me with a set of sheets, stating I’d have to come back later for the comforter. I came back to the hotel later that evening and asked for my blanket and the front desk said they’d bring it up to me soon. Two hours later I called them to ask about it and they said they couldn’t find me one. So I slept under just a sheet with the heater up to 76. At least that worked. The “full” breakfast was sausage pieces, cereal, and make your own waffles and it wasn’t even ready when I came down 20 minutes after breakfast started. I’ve stayed in A LOT of hotels, this hotel does not deserve 3 stars, let alone even one.

NillThis is a nice hotel. Affordable. Very clean, very quiet and family friendly. The staff was patient with a technical issue that we had with booking our second day.

NillMy wife and I have traveled around 85,000 miles and live in motels, hotels and Inns throughout the USA. This was the worst hotel I've ever been. I was kicked out because my licensed service animal barked at a guest who invaded our space. A simple bark is all on his way passed the other guest. They locked me out and told me even though he's certified we had to leave. They however wrote that it was due to smoking in the room. I've been a platinum member for approximately 15 months now and have lived in hotels without a single incident..Choice rewards was excellent in dealing with us. The clerk was rude, derogatory and down right hateful. They tried keeping $320 due to the imaginary smoking. The room had no refrigerator and the microwave was loud and didn't heat. The owners and clerks are rude ,and take the hospitality OUT of the industry. He refused to look at the paperwork which is on file. My service animal has been in hotels from New York to Florida and as far west as North Dakota and Colorado. This is the only location who thought it was an issue. The hotel claims to be pet friendly so it shouldn't even have been an issue. He is documented and has been for almost 2 years when he was trained. He goes into nursing homes throughout the US dealing with dementia and behaviors. Yet he's not a service animal because he barked at someone who triggered his training of distance from me. I've been shot 3 times and his job is to alert me to people around my immediate area. It stopps me from reacting due to the unexpected appearance of someone. Overall this location is not an acceptable place for anyone who is used to being respected. I wouldn't send an enemy there as repercussions for wrong. I've been in prisons where the staff was more respectful than the staff at this location.

NillIt's a great location as it's close to the interstate as well as Dodge St., yet it's tucked back just enough to give that quiet, low-key feel. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at without a doubt. Never have I had a single complaint with regard to cleanliness, and that says a lot. They do allow pets with an additional pet deposit, and I know this can be a make or break factor when it comes to the deciding on where to stay!

NillThis was not a pleasant stay, there was old blood stains on the mattress pad (no bed bugs thankfully), the door knob for the cabinet where the refridgerator was hidden was broken off so I called the front desk and he had to use a key to open it. The pool and fitness room were both closed. The breakfast was nothing to write home about - they only had waffles for a hot breakfast. There were occupied cars in the parking lot, looked like people were sleeping in it. I got up numerous times to check on my car as I had a locked rooftop carrier and I was nervous that something would happen to it. The one bright note was they were quick to come down and open the cabinet for the fridge and when I cut my finger and it wouldn't stop bleeding, they did give me a couple of bandaids.

NillWhere to start? This place is a death trap disaster. Best part was the nice younger gal at front desk at check in, then it was downhill from there. Hallway 3rd floor smelled like pot dispensary. Walked into the room and thought I warped back to the 1970s, carpet especially. Wood panel flooring in entrance to room and spongy and uneven. Base board torn away from wall. Paint chips on walls. Huge ding in tub, sharp. Shower head full of calcium buildup and mold. Bath towels dirty, stained, and large holes in them. Toilet so low to ground, bubbled upward when flushed. Extremely hard water. Vertical grab bar near tub was entertaining, no clue use for it. Door security latch broken, had to slam door to lock. Television was broken, Vertical lines in picture. No local channels, only Roku. Cabinet drawers wouldn't shut all the way, refrigerator never really cooled drinks. Microwave rotation tray was not right for model, tried to cook something, shut off after 2 mins, then 15 mins later turned back on. Dirty sheets, pillows smelled like smoke. Just fitted sheet and comforter, no flat sheet. Sleeper sofa had no mattress inside, was like sitting on a rock. There was some white substance inside heater unit vent, had to set to 76 to be comfortable, still chilly due to draft from windows. Blackout curtains wouldn't slide closed. Breakfast pathetic--stale bread, stale muffins, waffle didn't work, juice didn't work. Lumpy milk. Didn't try coffee, probably was nasty with hard water. Pool-- hours 7am-10pm but was locked by 6pm. No reason given. Checkout today, had to go search for luggage cart, housekeeping was using them both. Last Elevator inspection in 2020. Avoid this nightmare
