Very rude owner and operator. Drains in tubs and sinks clogged and missing parts, door locks damaged air conditioners broken. Many many bugs and roaches flies etc. Very poor service and a very regretful choice. Lower than 1 star. Never ever again.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was horrible. The guy at the front desk was decent but the rooms are dirty. I don’t mind outdated but dirty is an understatement. There were takis on the floor, food (maybe) mashed into the carpet and hair on the bed sheets. Do not recommend.

Staff is awsome! The location is great! The room not so great! Out dated, it feels like a time warp into the late 70's to early 80's. Wall paper printed boarers around the ceiling. The room felt empty, almost dead inside! Plus the creepy vibe you get walking into the room kinda leaves you feeling like someone is watching or going to jump out at you with some knife. It's just an old rundown hotel that needs a fresh start

Very friendly staff, room was mostly clean. I tried opening the curtains and it can off the wall. I also didn’t want to take a bath or shower because there was mold around the drain. It also wasn’t clean around the toilet base and there were stains all over the floors. I also couldn’t lock my sore and the walls has chips and cracks. Would t be my first place to stay. More like a last resort type of place.

Sadly this was the best that our companion could find off the road late in the evening of our cross country trip. The Staff were friendly, the room was dirty and dated. I spent time killing bugs that I didn't recognize with my boot. The light between the beds went to flickering off and on repeatedly. We had to turn it off. The bathroom was full of mold and the paint was peeling with a lovely green mold growing behind it. The water was foul smelling and then to top off the stay the next morning a portly gentleman knocked on our door at 4am to ask for a light. then proceeded to beat on cars and scream obscenities around the back of the building. Not a recommended place to stay.

Kind of a run down place but we didn't mind that. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and towels. The problem became apparent when I notice at least a dozen stains in the carpet and wondered if it was a stain or something more current that wasn't cleaned up after. I took a towel got it wet and rubbed on a few stains only to find it was either fresh poop or vomit and apparently went un noticed by cleaning staff! This was a deal breaker for us! Also the coffee machine was in serious needed of cleaning. I finally just took the filter part out and ran hot water over it in the sink as it had an old coffee stink to it from not being cleaned properly. Just as we arrived a motel guest next door said she found an old hot pockets meal still in the microwave from a previous guest and asked us to check our microwave. Our was o.k. no surprizes there. We turned on the air conditioning as soon as we arrived but it was fairly cool out but we realized later that the a.c. really didn't work and was just blowng air. The manager was very friendly when we arrived even gave us a discount coupon to eat at the Whiskey Creek next door but sorry this didn't make up for the gross carpet and a.c. not working. Not the most pleasant stay but everything else in town was booked. If I'd of known how bad this was we'd of just traveled a few more miles and found a more clean suitable place to stay!

We arrived a bit before check in which they did accommodate but it was all down hill from there. They were unable to produce a key until hours later. The rooms were clean enough but you almost didn't want to set your stuff down. You can tell they were doing the best they could with what they had.

We found ourselves in Scottsbluff without a hotel reservation on Memorial Day weekend. I called this place and he had a room for a very reasonable price. Many reviews were negative, but more recent ones positive. While the room could definitely do with an update, it was clean with no indication of bedbugs. The proprietor was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
