NillI’m not one to complain but after getting home and discussing this with my wife she encouraged me to provide some feedback. 1st - the amount of perform sprayed into the room was overwhelming and made it difficult to breathe. Several times I had to leave the room because it was making me sick. My eyes are still burning. This caused me to leave the hotel a day early. 2nd - around 4am I was woken up by a very loud engine noise. It went on for several minutes so I got up and looked outside the window. Keep in mind I was on the 3rd floor. One of the employees was using a gas powered leaf blower to clear the sidewalks of snow. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. I’ve been staying in hotels 30-50 times a year for the last 20 years and I’ve never seen this type of ridiculous.

NillI'm displaced here because of construction on my apartment. Yesterday the room adjoining to mine was being remodeled until 7:30pm. Drilling and hammering had my blind cat scared to death! Not to mention the paint fumes. How inconsiderate to your customers! Shame on you Home2

★Positive: It passed my wife's standard overall. The room is huge to be comfortable. I played with the automatic window cover. Negative: My wife pointed out that the door lock was broken. We have to drive south of I-80.

NillWe travel for work and are at hotels for several weeks at a time. We use Home2Suites, Candlewood and Extended Stays. We just stayed at a Home2Suites in Cleveland OH. We had a really nice desk staff, kitchen staff and management. The breakfast area was always well stocked up, this one not so much. We have to leave at 5:30 in the morning so of course breakfast isn’t available yet so we should get some kind of a discount you’d think. But the past 2 days they have been out of yogurt and milk in their cooler. We use the hot chocolate packs and they put out very little if any, so what’s up with this issue? Enjoyed very much the staff in Cleveland but not very friendly at this one. Also walls are very thin but laundry is cheap but appliances need updated.

NillEverything was fine with the hotel. It is tucked away in a corner and somewhat difficult to find. Breakfast was okay. I tried to print a document but the printer didn't work. However, the front desk was able to help out.

NillSo I did a digital check in as to by pass going to the front desk. I’ve done this plenty of times with no issue. Well today I just simply could not get into the building or my room. Tried to go swimming and the pool was closed the WHOLE STAY! I had the loudest people staying next door and across the hall and nothing was done about the noise complaints. Usually my stay is very well. This one has me rethinking if I’ll come back because never should I be stuck in a storm trying to call the front desk to let me in so I don’t have to get my luggage and electronics wet. Also letting your guest know on your website that your pool is out of order would great. I definitely would NOT have stayed here had I known and it’s in the 90s all week! For what I paid and what I experienced, I want a refund!
