From check-in and during our entire stay, we really enjoyed this property. Shout out to Aaliyah/Dawn for a smooth check-in process. Our king room was staged fun and eclectic with a very comfortable bed. The property was clean and quiet. The on-site restaurant Fiona's was very convenient and the food was quite tasty, we ate in-site for our entire stay! Shout out to our amazing servers, Cathy/Michelle We also enjoyed breakfast at Poindexter Breakfast Station also, on-site. Shout out to Kaylyn/Summer. Overall, we had an excellent stay with exceptional customer service.

Dropped my daughter off at the airport & decided to treat myself to a day/night in Cincinnati. The pictures of the hotel looked cute, so I decided to give it a try. Absolutely enjoyed everything about the Graduate! I grew up in a small town & Cincinnati was the closest “big city” & the entire ambiance was so incredibly nostalgic (the WKRP pic brought me so much joy!). When I come back this way, I’m definitely staying here again. ||My room was ready a little bit early, & the precious lady at the front desk was so sweet! I took a nap & then went down to the restaurant (Fiona’s) & ordered some dinner to take back to the room to snack on later. The woman who was tending the bar was so personable & helpful. I am so regretful that I didn’t get the names of the many employees who were so helpful & caring. ||I travel frequently, but I rarely leave reviews (even though I live by them, so I definitely need to do better). I hesitated a couple of weeks before leaving a review of the Hilton Graduate in Cincinnati because I recommended the hotel to a friend of mine & was waiting on their impression. They wholeheartedly agreed with my assessment. ||I only spent around 24 hours at the hotel, but I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Cincinnati. Definitely adding a day to the itinerary just to spend more time at the hotel.

First stay at the Graduate Hotel Cincinnati and we will for sure be back!!! We stayed in room 621 which I highly recommend. The Fiona chandelier in the dining area is epic! Two full baths and a huge living room. Separate king bedroom is very comfortable and large as well! We were greeted by Angie and Dawn at the front desk and they were super friendly and helpful! Fiona’s in the lobby is great! Keisha and Cathy at the bar are amazing! Tell Keisha what you like and she will curate a drink just for you! Cathy also pours a great drink! We had fried pickles, deviled eggs, fish and chips and a burger and all the food was great! Thanks to The Graduate Cincinnati for making our stay great!!!

We stayed over the weekend for a karate tournament and were blown away how well this hotel was run and managed. The parking garage is conveniently located under the hotel and you can just take the elevator up to the lobby (which worked great since it was raining out). The hotel is decorated with a lot of cool memorabilia from our childhood from Star Wars to Care Bears to Dora, the room was very clean (the maid service was uniquely efficient cleaning our room as we were out briefly - in other hotels, the maids are either late in the day or do not come at all; not this hotel!), the restaurants (Fiona's and Poindexter's) were excellent (food was so fresh) and the employees/servers were top notch and personable. There were thunderstorms moving through the area but being on the 8th floor, we were amazed how quiet the room was! We will be staying here again for a UC visit! Bravo!

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of being served by an absolutely delightful woman named Michelle. Her warm and sweet demeanor truly made the experience memorable. She was always happy to help and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were terrific, but her kindness and positive attitude stood out. She made our time there memorable, and I can't recommend this place enough for the excellent service and wonderful atmosphere! ||Tiffiney

This is the worst hotel I’ve stay at by Hilton. Upon entering our room, it felt humid, smelled like smoke & had a musty feeling/smell to it. The standup shower was absolutely disgusting. Plus, the water pressure was so low. The shower floor was visibly dirty & slippery & the walls felt slimy. Thank god I took my slippers. The sheets & blankets had hair & stains on them. It was definitely not worth paying $200+ for one night. I would have probably been better off at a motel. I will never consider this hotel again on my next visit.

Cute hotel in close proximity to UC campus buildings as well as Cincinnati Children's. The rooms are clean and decor is really fun. It can get loud and busy in the lobby when there's a conference or something going on but other than that it's fairly quiet. It's family friendly and just a short walk to the hospitals/UC buildings.
