Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown

We had a weekend trip visiting Xavier University. The staff at the reception desk and the cleaning crew are very nice and friendly. The property is very clean and close to the university. There are lots of restaurants within a few minutes of driving. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely stay there again.

I thought this was going to be a good experience. Boy, was i wrong! The front desk person, Jazz, was very nice and welcoming. The room was not good. First off, the door to the fridge wouldn't close tightly. The floors were dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky. We tried to take showers but the shower was not working. The room shade wouldn't roll down. These things were mentioned to the staff but they informed us that nothing could be done for a few days. We will not be coming back.

A normal Hilton Hotel. Loved the phone key card to the room. Did not have to juggle to get my room key out. The cleaning staff was loud and you could tell they were training new people.

Outstanding hotel. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and peaceful. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Covered parking directly under the hotel. Very nice breakfast. I’ve stayed at literally hundreds of properties, mostly Hilton, and this is in the top 5.

Jaz, at the front desk, was seriously amazing. So sweet. Made us feel welcome, told us all the info we needed, helped us when we had a problem, brought our room service because the restaurant was busy, and even told me that my family was in her thoughts because i told her my mom was in the hospital. I hugged her because it was so nice for a stranger to be so kind. She was amazing and is the reason we will be staying there again!

I stayed at the hotel to run a half marathon this weekend. For the price of the room I'd definitely have expected more. I went to make hot water with the keurig for tea before bed and immediately the whole room smelled horrible. I'm not sure if it had just never been cleaned or what but I definitely didn't use it. I went down stairs and asked and was given a cup of hot water. Then the next morning as an avid coffee drinker I wanted a cup of coffee. Was advised they don't have coffee, to use the keurig in the room. The one that smelled so incredibly bad and stunk up the whole room. Long story short for almost 400 dollars a night this should have been a much nicer stay, or at a minimum a working not smelly keurig.

After a very late and very frustrating flight debacle, our airline put us up here for the night — Jenni absolutely took care of us! She was incredibly helpful with parking, coordinated our morning shuttle, and even arranged a shuttle pickup on our return when there wasn’t one scheduled. Total lifesaver. Also — shoutout to Bobby, our shuttle driver, who brought some much-needed comic relief to our crew after a brutal redeye. 10/10 experience.
