InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland by IHG

We've stayed here now twice during visits to Cleveland Clinic and have enjoyed both stays. The rooms are large and comfortable with a fridge and kitchenette as well as a comfortable bed, nice shower, and easy-to-use room darkening curtains. We used the convenient free shuttle from Cleveland Clinic, and found their restaurant to be very accommodating, even approaching closing time. The restaurant staff took great care of us after an exhausting day. We used their valet parking overnight, and they returned our EV to us fully-charged, which saved us money and time.

Stayed at this hotel on a different floor the week before and was very pleased with everything. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Had a good experience so booked this hotel again when I had to return the next week. Stayed on another floor when I returned this week and it was quite different. Loud furnace, dingy looking furniture, wind whistling through one of the windows - but the worst part was the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Hairs that I saw on the floor when I first arrived were still there when I checked out. Trash was not completely emptied. Bolt on door was coming off. The bed was comfortable. The front desk, restaurant and valet staff were great. Restaurant is pricey but food was pretty good. Seems like room quality depends on the floor. Overall I was not comfortable in the room and will not want to repeat this experience.

This hotel is in an excellent location, bell staff and valet staff was excellent. That is all that was excellent or even good. Food in the restaraunt was mediocre at best, room was run down and needed major updates, room was clean at first glance just don’t look very hard as it needs a good cleaning and coat of paint. We got no sleep the night before my husbands surgery as the outdated heating and cooling system was on heat only. Our room was 84 degrees and totally miserable. We were told hotel is on all heat or all cool. No one we talked to about being uncomfortable cared one bit. I was told this is the way it is. Not a 4 star facility in any way.

I've stayed twice now at this hotel for while coming to the clinic and enjoyed both times! Hotel is very nice, clean and comfy! Staff is friendly and I haven't met a person I didn't like. I hope to not have to come back, but will enjoy the stay if I do!

No fitted bedsheet at all. Front desk ladies were very polite & helpful. Drink prices at the bar where a tad bit high, but both bartenders where polite also. It was an ok stay. Not sure if will stay there again. Valet was also very helpful & polite as well.

As most of the guests at this location were there because they had appointments or loved ones were patients at the Cleveland Clinic, it was the perfect 'home away from home'. Each individual encountered went above and beyond to be helpful and they did so with a smile and compassion. It's rare in this day and age to find this in an entire organization. The staff in the restaurant was also great and went above and beyond to make my small grandchildren feel special. They called the Suites "Grandma's Hotel House". Definitely a great place to stay when you need to visit the Cleveland Clinic.

Rooms are nice and quiet. Bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows!! Nice and clean living area with a great little fridge!! We didn’t use the restaurant area this time but have in the past! It was nice and the food was good. Employees are all very nice and very helpful!!

iHG suites hotel in Cleveland has a relaxing and well designed living area for private sleeping, relaxing, and in-room dining with coffee makers, mini refrigerators and cabinet space. Small safe in room and ample dresser and closet space allows easy storage of clothing, documents, and other items. Staff is friendly, helpful, and relaxed. Access to area Medical facilities and dining and entertainment options is excellent. In-hotel dining areas offers a variable well planned and affordable menu and times in a relaxed setting with very competent servers. Parking in a secure lot with in and out privileges, plus parking and retrieval staff, is easy and fast with a reasonable daily fee.
