Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport

Your staff is literally out of this world amazing. Great energy, kindness and flexibility. I travel to this hotel every other week for work and have found the service to be outstanding. I wouldn’t want to put any mark on your staff with this review. However, it’s literally outrageous to charge this much and not have a free breakfast buffet. It’s silly to say, you get free water if you’re a member. There is NOTHING here. Nothing, like a smoke shop and a weird bar. You should be trying to tempt people in. Instead you are relying on layover scraps and taking advantage of people. I hope at the very least your staff (who I must reiterate are amazing) are paid well.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! HOWEVER ... the hotel was under renovation which I would not have booked at this price if I knew. Please read the recent reviews and understand that you're getting the most basic room with bed and bathroom, meal service, and that's it. No lobby, no pool, no hot tub, no gym, no ice machine, half the elevators will be closed. My room was fine but everything else was a bit of a mess. I only stayed for two nights and was out for the entire days so I just dealt with it. I was pretty disappointed to not have a hot tub to come back to since I searched specifically for that feature. Thank you to all the staff who are making the best out of this situation.

Positive: "" Negative: This hotel is under renovation. The staff was great. But if you?re looking for a nice restaurant/bar, entrance, pool area, you may want to wait a while! Staff was awesome and get very high marks. Location is great near the airport.

Hotel is certainly dated and is apparent from the outside. Inside is going through a remodel. Facelift aside, there is some noise coming not only from other guests outside the rooms, but with AC/heat, and doors to the rooms. Wasn't a terrible stay by any stretch though. Airport shuttle offers later hours than most other hotels we looked at, and is one of the reasons we chose this hotel due to a late flight. Breakfast was decent, but no made-to-order omelettes like some other HGI locations have.

I love digital check in . Was easy side door best for me. Elevator to 7th floor was clean and working. On way in, I could smell chlorine which I love ! Clean and looked lovely but not sure if it’s open yet.?

Overall, our experience here was pleasant and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making sure to ask if we needed anything multiple times. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable in my opinion.

There was construction going on when we were there so things like the pool were closed but service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Location is convenient for the airport and they also have a shuttle.

Well, first day of 24-hour shuttle service to airport was a problem. Was told that it started at 12am on May 1st. Then after coming down at 3:15am to check out, was told there was a misunderstanding. However, a driver would show up at 3:45am just to accommodate the miscommunication. Driver didn't show up until 4am. Already booked an Uber.
