NillThe Residence Inn is located right next to the Cleveland Clinic Campus and their shuttle service is excellent! The driver is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the layout of the Clinic campus. 😁 Our room was very nice and comfortable with a king size bed and a nice couch with a desk and chair. It also has a nice refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave and a small stove top, along with plenty of glasses, dishes and utensils. We loved the shower! The hotel is very nice and clean! The breakfast layout was great! The food was excellent! 😁 The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with everything! They have a nice selection of snacks and drinks, although it’s pricey. 😡 Over all, the hotel is top notch! Any time we have to visit the Clinic, we will be staying here!

NillRooms are very large, clean, and quite comfortable. The architecture of the hotel and surrounding area is beautiful. The guest service is bare minimum and lacked in being welcoming or helpful at front desk or valet or breakfast or bar. The location is convenient to sports, shopping, and business and easy to walk. I would stay there again.

NillRoom felt a bit neglected. Dishes still the dishwasher. Only one wine glass in the cabinet. Shortage of dishes and glasses. No knives in the utensil drawer. The iron was filled with water and placed in the closet with the cord hanging down. Somebody forgot to check the room after they completed the cleaning?? Staff was nice. Not overly helpful. Breakfast was good. I wouldn't walk around outside at night, felt safe during daylight hours. Museums and parks within walking distance. They have a great little doggie park area. A couple food places stones throw. There was a bar with light fare. Parking garage was $22 per day.

★★★Residence Inn by Marriott was quite a mixed bag for us. We liked the king suite because of the TV that swiveled, the kitchenette, the spaciousness. We thought the front desk and the breakfast staff were all friendly and kind. However, the lack of daily housekeeping was not advertised or disclosed. I could probably get over this since we’re tidy in general. ||Parking was $23 a day per the front desk and $22 a day per the sign in front of the garage. They have charging stations for your electric cars in the garage if you need them. ||1. How was the breakfast? I wouldn’t know. There was a swarm of young kids who took three breakfast sandwiches a piece in front of me🤷🏻♀️ ||2. How was the pool? We left when a family with the same 6-7 boys commandeered the pool. They played football with the door open to the parking lot in February in 20 degree weather. Everyone else left the pool and we followed them. The towels were small and threadbare. The water was heavily chlorinated. I think weekdays might avoid this type of crowd and be better? ||3. How was the general state of the hotel? We lost water for about six hours on one day and the next day our sink was clogged for another seven hours.||Would we stay again? Maybe, but would probably try another hotel next time. I did like the room and could get breakfast somewhere else.

★★★★★After loved one unexpectedly spent a week at Cleveland Clinic, my husband had to hurriedly book me a room while I drove the 3 hours here. I cannot believe how kind, caring, and helpful every, single staff member was. Dez at the front desk went above and beyond to help me navigate extending my reservation, finding an urgent care, figuring out Door Dash, and making me feel genuinely cared for just by checking in with me whenever she saw me. ChrisC in the restaurant served me the best chicken wings I've ever had. Then all week, she always remembered me when she saw me in the lobby, greeted me by name, and asked about my loved one. And those were just the stand outs - from the shuttle drivers to the housekeepers, I was treated with nothing but kindness. The rooms are clean, very well appointed, and quiet. The location is close enough to walk in nicer weather, the shuttle is efficient (weekdays only), and the parking lot is secure and costs only slightly more than if you pay to park at Cleveland Clinic. I was able to spend a few hours with my loved one each morning, come here and rest and make a cheaper, healthier lunch, and then go back to my loved one for a few hours before coming back to sleep. This is an deal setup for this. The laundry room is immaculate, inexpensive, and fast - you can swim or workout for an hour while you wash and dry your clothes. Both CC and the hotel have significant upcharges on amenities (like $12 for a small serving of pistachios), so I highly recommend you pack your own snacks. The restaurant prices are reasonable, however, and the Continental breakfast is better than most. I have spent too many times in hospitals with loved ones. This hotel made this the least stressful experience I've had. I really cannot stress how wonderful my stay here was at a time that could have been miserable.

NillSuper friendly staff. Good breakfast. Common areas are nice and updated. Plenty of tables. We had a small group staying here and had fun playing cards. Our room was quiet. Rooms have some updates and some things in disrepair (cabinetry panels, toilet paper holder, carpet smells a bit like body odor. A few mystery stains on the carpet. Door switches and common touch points were dirty. Showers caulk was suss/mildewish. If you can get a deal, it’s worth a stay. Parking (at the time of writing) was $22. You can avoid it by parking on the street alongside the hotel, but it’s competitive to snag one.

★★★★★The service was exceptional. My room was clean the beds were made when I left and were gone too long I came back to a fresh set of bed sheets for both of my beds my dish soap was replenished and toilet paper and towels. The bartender Chris was awesome she remembered everyone name and a bit of their story of what brought them to the residence inn. Desiree was awesome and I cannot remember the first lady who checked me in she was amazing and I seen her a couple times after that but she was busy and I did not get her name I want to thank her cuz she was a blessing for me she waited until I had what I needed to fully check in she allowed me time to get things together and that was the best thing that she could have done for me at that time I had nowhere to go I just want to thank all of your staff and I will return for just a visit God bless you all.

NillThis location is good and specially used by Cleveland patents who coming for surgery. They have shuttle service which is available from Monday 6.30 am to Friday 10 pm. Very good location and prices are reasonable too. Do not forgot to ask Cleavland customer rates because they are cheaper than actual hotel rates. If you looking hygiene from this hotel it’s not there. They do not clean the rooms properly and bathrooms are dirty. Not sure why management not focusing on that because that’s the most important thing for patients.
