Wyndham Cleveland Airport

I didn't check in their hotel room, but a parking service was very satisfying, safe, and cheap. Leaving my car for 14 days is really worth it. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. Also, the employee is nice and very professional and friendly. The shuttle bus is on time when you call them and let them know you're at the airport. The location is easy to find, not far away from the airport. So it's very convenient.

Overall I’m very unhappy with the experience I had. I called around and did as much research as I could to have a reasonably priced nice night out. I called the front desk to ask about the price advertised online in which they tried to overcharge me by $100. I rolled the dice and made the booking online with super and managed to save that money. However when I called the hotel my questions SPECIFICALLY asked if the pool and hot tub were fine, I was told that they worked and when I arrived the hot tub was caution taped off and I was informed by the front desk the hot tub had been under maintenance for going on two weeks. They definitely could have told me no, I refused to go to other hotels based on that exact reason. They advertise only that there is a bar and restaurant that is on the hotel premises, yet they hesitate to mention that the services are only available Friday Saturday and Sunday. Sure the room was clean but by no means was it worth the initial call in price of $180. None of this is to mention that the pool was the most disqusting cloudy mess I have ever seen.

The hot tub was caution taped off and the pool was the most disgusting indoor pool I've ever seen. I found multiple used bandaids, eyelashes. It looks like no one has swept the pool room in a while. The pool has a sludge along the water that people have been writing their names in for what looks like a while. The metal ladder is broken with exposed sharp metal. The elevator opened before we were on our floor. Our room didn't have any mini lotion. The breakfast had no pancakes or waffles. I stayed at a hotel specifically for a hot tub and the cool pancake or waffle maker. I live close enough that I should have just went home. I found garbage under my bed from previous guests. The walls are so thin that I could hear the conversation in the room next door. Might as well have stayed at a cheap motel.

Dirty, buggy, disrepair, rude, hidden costs. This was a terrible experience. The room was not inexpensive and, adding to the insult, their parking company charged me $27.67 for one night. The floors in all areas were dirty and the lobby bathroom was very dirty and smelly. There was no hot water in our room, the mini-fridge did not cool, the elevator buttons did not light, the bathroom door would not close, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and there were fruit flies everywhere. Lastly, the evening front desk clerk was rude to us. I will not need the Wyndham rewards points for future rewards, since this reminded me to stick with Hilton and Marriott.

NOT FOR FAMILIES. The rooms were dirty... like PUBES in the tub. Dusty walls. Blankets with other people's hair. I woke up with pink eye. ALSO, we got a "two queen bed" room... the mattresses were more like twin mattresses. The air conditioner unit wasn't working... so we were miserably hot. The pictures are a bit deceiving because the hot tub was down for maintenance; there weren't any towels in the pool area. pizza crust floating in the tub. No cushions on the seats...and our cards never worked for our room or the amenities. And I'm pretty sure we slept next to prostitutes who were smoking weed and drinking all night; around 3am we heard a loud scream... I don't know what was going on. Yikes... I feel like this used to be a good hotel. The lobby was nice, but other than that the rest of the hotel was not well kept, that's for sure. And did I tell you I woke up with PINK EYE? I'm hoping I don't end up with a bacterial infection after being in the pizza crust pool... I'm sure it's not very well kept either.

Valentina at the front desk had zero professionalism whatsoever when dealing with our situation. We were provided a total of 6 non working room keys in less than 24 hours and when I called her to express my frustration she hung up on me. The situation escalated to where I had to call the police and me saying things that were way out of character. Adil, owner representative, was also very unprofessional. Had no clue what to do with the situation at hand and made us feel like it was all our fault. As we were checking out he saw us walking outside and turned his back towards us. Never apologized for our inconvenience and made us feel like we were the ones incommoding them. I’ve never been treated like this, not even at the cheapest motels we’ve stayed. Now we are owners full of regret after investing in a club like this. The only thing positive about the hotel was how close it was to the airport.

I read a lot of bad reviews on this place. I'm not finding over the majority to be true. My room is clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff is awesome. The hot tub is closed but the pool has been awesome.

This place is disgusting and 4 out of the 5 staff I dealt with were extremely rude. Our first room had not been cleaned. Was moved to another that was better but still not even close to being clean. We only had 2 towels, when I asked for more they said they only have enough for 2 per room when they are fully booked. They also do not have air conditioning turned on until 4/1 no matter how hot it is. The pictures speak for themselves!!
