NillRooms are really nice and spacious, but had an odd strange smell. The window drapes were broken and the beds were worn out. Service was absolutely horrible. Front desk workers were rude and unhelpful. On multiple occasions they didn’t attempt to help with questions, rolled their eyes and huffed at us, and outright ignored us. We weren’t asking anything ridiculous, just “how do we contact the shuttle” or “where is the gym located.” Things that other hotels typically are very polite and helpful about. Over the phone was even worse. They hung up on us multiple times and when we asked to fix some room issues, they just refused! Ridiculous, would never stay here again. At least the location is nice.

NillI booked a room here because it was within walking distance of a training facility I needed to attend for work. It was a very odd vibe as I walked in with all of my bags and the lobby seemed very outdated and not what I was expecting for a Hilton. The girl at the counter just kind of stared at me while I stood there obviously to check in. After explaining I was checking in (not sure what else you do at that desk), she was able to assist me further. Upon entering the room, it seemed pretty cool with a good view- until I looked closer. The little love seat in the room was soiled with streaks of an unknown brown substance, the bathroom was recently wiped down and appeared clean but it was obvious it hadn't had a real cleaning in quite some time with dust/dirt in all the corners. Only half of the shower door was present and appeared the other half was broken off, also the caulking was messy and looked as if it was the only thing holding the other half of the door onto the shower. There were huge windows in the room which I liked but they might have been installed during the Industrial Revolution. The draft was so terrible it and I awoke with clogged sinuses from the cold room. There were long full length window curtains that were so dated, I am unsure how old they could be. They would probably help with the draft but they were so old and stained, I didn't feel comfortable touching them. I think I just had a bad room and I'm sure the place has to have nicer rooms than this. I won't get started on the bar but the only good experience I had at the place was the sweet bartender that took care of a friend and I. She was the absolute best and I wish I remembered her name as she was the only good memory I will have of this place. Very strange place that I would not recommend nor will I return to.

NillRooms were very shabby and worn. Not clean enough. Very disappointing. I wish I could post the photos of the room. Definitely not worth the price and would not recommend. Front desk was not friendly or approachable when we checked in. Felt like we were bothering them. Restaurant server (Marshall) was excellent.

NillWe stayed here for two nights while seeing a doctor at the Cleveland clinic. The rooms are clean and spacious. We didn’t realize that breakfast was not included, but that was not a big deal. What struck as the most as being very Unprofessional is the customer service overall.the front desk staff was terrible. I felt like I was being treated as an inmate There was one particular girl upfront that was Rude very very lazy. We asked multiple questions and then answe was always like “I don’t know” We had trouble with the printer and she said something along the lines of “I’m not a computer tech”. We were very politely asking her if she knew if the computers worked. There was eventually a lady that came and helped us out and she was very nice. My husband went to ask where the fitness center was and was given an attitude as if he should have known where it was. A few positives, the shuttle drivers were great. The location was good if you’re visiting the medical campus. As mentioned above, the rooms were clean. Would only stay here again, if there was a change in their customer service

NillIf you need to be near Cleveland Clinic, Taussig Cancer Center, Crile Building, you can't have a better location - that doesn't cost you $300-400/night! It was literally on the next block across the street. Very interesting old building. I loved that they have kept features of the original building. The restaurant food was surprisingly delicious. Sometimes you just don't get much from a hotel restaurant. But my hot sandwich was delicious! Service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and informative. I also ordered room service after driving for 6 hours, and they were perfectly lovely from the restaurant! I will definitely be staying again.

NillI recently stayed at the Tudor Arms Hotel in Cleveland for a wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering our room, we discovered what looked like a blood stain on the comforter. It was clearly not washed, and the stain appeared to be fresh and dried on. I understand that accidents can happen, but it was disappointing to find the room in this condition. I went to the front desk, where a gentleman called for a manager. She came up to inspect the comforter and was apologetic, assuring me that it would be taken care of. A few minutes later, a housekeeper arrived at my room. I was ironing clothes and preparing for the wedding, and she didn’t seem eager to make up the room while I was in there. She said she would return in 20 minutes, so I had no choice but to sit in the lobby for what felt like an eternity while she changed the bedding. Later, I realized that something had gone missing from my room. I returned to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager again, but I was told she was likely not available and that they would just "add the information to my room notes." Given the circumstances, I am left feeling incredibly disappointed with the level of service and the lack of accountability. Hopefully they take any steps to resolve the situation, but as of now, I’m highly dissatisfied with my stay.

Nillit is listed as a 4 star hotel which i think is a little generous, however it's a very cool old building! the rooms are spacious, a bit odd layout in the one i was in but hey, it's an old building. for the most part everything was clean, even places i wandered around to on the 2nd floor. make sure you look at the ball rooms. my only real complaint is, the breakfast buffet is NOT a breakfast buffet, it's a (name any run of the mill chain hotel) complimentary breakfast, you can't charge $18 for that! other than that give this place a try if you appreciate a cool old building with history.

★★★★★I saved at this hotel on 2 separate weeks in July 2024.||Both stays were very nice. My rooms were clean, well maintained (this is a historic property) and the staff was fantastic. ||The food in the restaurant was quite good and the service was extremely attentive. ||I will definitely be back.
