Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Dublin

Met my needs, but absolutely zero frills. Shower head wasn't secured to wall, missing shower liner, but the single hottest water I've ever felt at a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet for $13/person that was the equivalent of a free breakfast at any number of hotel chains.

A nice hotel experience. I suppose they can't help the lack of walkable services given the area. But it would be nice to see some weights heavier than 2 lb in the fitness center. That said, everything was clean and in order and it was nice to have the bar on site.

By far the worst hotel to stay in!!! Stayed for valentines weekend .. They advertise a heated indoor pool — the pool in fact is beyond FREEZING! 🥶 Couldn’t even bare to put my feet in. When asked all we were told is “it’s being worked on” not a time frame as to when this would be “fixed” if that’s even true. The breakfast is at 12.95 not free with your stay. Ancient tv’s. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Very disappointed for a $160+ one night stay. Will NEVER recommend nor give my business here again. 👎🏼

This is the worst hotel we have ever been to, they are in the hospitality business but are not hospitable at all. Some staff are genuinely good but the majority are completely inhospitable. We requested housekeeping past noon and the manager said room service is until 4pm then another individual stated it’s until 4:30pm. We asked the housekeeping folks and they said that housekeeping is until the job is finished. We stayed for 5 days and never had any housekeeping. This place will close down within 5 years

If you know my reviews you'll know I never give 5stars unless it's absolutely perfect which is hard to attain. People don't pay attention to their surroundings nor do they give detailed reviews to justify their rating which means they don't really care to take the time & actually give effort to make this world a better place. The world will not change one iota without extreme considerations of courage! ○ We stayed 1 nt, Dec 29 - 30, 2024 I added a picture of a nearby pond with cute ducks. The ducks (location) are the only real reason to visit this hotel : but, DON'T STAY HERE! (Pic of ducks across st - 12.30.24) Horrible luggage carts (the triangle ones, not a REAL full cart), handicapped rm (223) is only handicapped in the foyer & bathroom - NOT accessible in the BedRoom areas - especially if you have a wheelchair or walker! Caregivers will have a HORRIBLE issue w helping their patient! No lunch available at hotel restaurant. Sidewalk doesn't extend all the way to the corner, so you have to walk through the mud. The rm is DREADFUL. It's a BLOOD RED color. Absolutely vomit-inducing. Pros: a tree out the Window that had a playful squirrel Never staying here again! The other pictures (screenshots) are NOT from this specific hotel's Representatives, but an agent from corporate Hilton. I had to contact Hilton corp to check out because apparently the staff lady we spoke with didn't complete the task of checking us out! So, I could make the case this HGI hotel in C-bus / Dublin was also trying to commit fraud - if we hadn't caught it! I really do believe Hilton isn't keeping up with responsiveness & intuitive needs for guests. We've stayed in MANY Hilton hotels across the country & while we understand these businesses take the Hilton name & slap it on their facility, many of the hotels don't understand what quality service & real hospitality genuinely is. Hence, my interaction with "Jesse" on Monday, Dec 30, 2024 @ 840pEST. You can clearly see Hilton corp agent "Jesse" either doesn't understand how check outs work or wants to commit fraud! FRAUD!!! Then has the nerve to fight with us about it! I haven't gotten around to it yet, as we've been traveling from E coast to W coast & have been busy, but I'll be reporting "Jesse" to corporate as soon as I can! Also, somebody's noodle wasn't on correctly, Jesse: "were you just needing a late checkout for today?" - despite the fact I already said I ALREADY CHECKED OUT! Reading skills much!? ○ It's time to realize inanimate objects don't hurt others by themselves. We must place the highest level of effort into mental health because this is what makes a body whole. You can't have peace without guns for protection in case someone wants to go batshit crazy (just like you can't know happiness w.o also knowing sadness & can't have good w.o having bad)!

Hotel seemed older and outdated. Hotel charges for parking and breakfast buffet. Should be free for their location. Front desk employees were very nice and accommodating.

Stayed here for two days. Room I was assigned had not been cleaned by room service so had to get a new room. After checking out I received a random $17 charge and no email of a receipt or reason. Many better options around
