Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin

I haven't enjoyed staying in a hotel this much in many years. We requested a room on the upper floor, away from the elevators and that's exactly what we were given. The glass elevators are really cool and very quick. Some of the furniture was pretty worn. There was foam sticking out of the couch. But everything was functional and clean enough. We requested pillows and linens for the sofa bed and they were provided very quickly. The room was quiet, the thermostat worked great to regulate the temp, the view was nice. We were surprised to find they offered a happy hour every day with free snacks including fresh fruits and veggies and two complimentary drinks. We ordered food from the restaurant for dinner the first night and it was very good and very fresh tasting. The included breakfast was seriously impressive for hotel standards these days. They had everything you can think of to eat and drink and an omelette bar where you can get an omelette made to order in just a few minutes. The breakfast hours were generous and plenty of comfortable seating. Breakfast is my favorite meal and the breakfast at the Embassy Suites was a treat. Loved the ambiance in the huge lounge/dining area in the center of the hotel. Seating options for any size group, comfortable lighting, and it never got too loud. The pool area was very loud and crowded, as we expected. It could have used more frequent cleaning and towel stocking but nothing gross. However, the pool room was nicely heated as was the pool which was wonderful for winter swimming. The hot tub was running and hot. Service at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We would absolutely return. It was the first time staying in a hotel has felt like a relaxing treat since before COVID.

Fantastic place to stay in Dublin ohio! People are So helpful. Food is Great especially the Breakfast, made to order omelets! Rooms have separate living space, very cozy ✨️! Bartenders are phenomenal. My wife loves the hot tub and pool.

Stayed Feb 27 - Mar 2, 2025, visiting Columbus/Ohio for the first time for the Arnold Classic. I was very impressed with the amenities, cleanliness of the room, and above all, the friendliness of the staff. The free daily hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets were a MAJOR plus to my stay and gave me just what I needed to get each day started fully fueled. The complementary evening service with two cocktails was also a very nice touch and made the stay feel even more relaxing and welcoming. All the staff - from reception, to bar/breakfast service, and cleaning/maintenance crew - delivered exceptional service and attention with care. In particular, I’d like to give high praise to Jailyn and Christian, who were absolutely above board with their service, with warm smiles and friendly conversations. They truly made me feel at home and that made an unforgettable impression during my first visit to the Dublin/Columbus area. Thank you so much for making my stay a delightful one! I will surely be back for the jazz festival and greatly appreciate that recommendation! Hope you enjoy the bracelets :-D

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for a yearly reoccurring event. It has gone more downhill every time that this was our last stay. The rooms are in need of work. Pieces of our floor tile were missing, the towel rack was falling off the wall, the desk chair was falling apart. I woke up at 6AM to shower and there was ZERO hot water. Eventually around 6:30, the hot water came on, do they turn it off until 6:30 AM? oh my goodness! Not only that, but there are new rules that you cannot be in the lobby past 11PM. That obviously was never the case before, I respect that there have apparently been issues at this hotel, but unfortunately, that rule now makes a huge difference in the decision to ever stay here again. As a group, it was a great place to gather, now it doesn't have that availability. Also, as an out of towner, I didn't realize how incredibly dangerous this location has become. The increased security presence is great, but just buyer beware that they are not shy about telling you how bad it is here. I've stayed in plenty of major city areas and never been scared. who knew dublin ohio was that bas?!

Was there for the Special Olympics State Winter Games at OSU. Check in went smoothly, but the sofa bed in our room was broken. When I called the front desk, they sent someone right up. It needed repair from maintenance, so they quickly moved us to another room and brought up bedding for the sofa bed. Guest service was great. And the made to order breakfast omelette was wonderful! Would stay there again.

We booked this hotel for our wedding block and we have zero regrets! The staff was amazing and very helpful. Raye made the hotel/guest travel aspect of the wedding planning process smooth and stress free. I cannot thank her and the hotel staff enough for making that part so easy. The hotel is pretty inside with lots of space to sit and relax inside. The breakfast is really nice. The fresh made egg station is a very nice touch. It elevates the hotel breakfast experience. Everyone was impressed with the rooms and the food at breakfast.

Great location - but has gone downhill over the years. Our most recent experience had us itching to leave - due to the restrictive and penny pinching decision the franchisee has made regarding the HVAC system. They now have occupancy based A/C and Heat. This meant, when not in the room, the temperature reached 76 degrees and took over 5 hours to get to 71 degrees….at 4am. This meant two consecutive nights of no sleep for us or our toddler.

Clean and peaceful hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights to get away for New Years and to get in some much needed "me time". The suite was perfect, and I especially enjoyed the "build-your-own omelette" amenity that came with the breakfast each morning. I'll definitely be staying here again. Shout out to the staff! Jalen, Stacey, Matt, Paris, and anyone else I missed, I have great appreciation for your professionalism and kindness. Each of you made an everlasting impression, and it came at a time that I needed it most - Thank You!
