NillNick, the General Manager, was extremely kind, accommodating and sincere. We had a last minute large group reservation which he was able to accommodate. He gave me his direct number and communicated regularly to make sure we had all we needed and had a smooth check in. The location of the hotel is easy to access, just off the highway, and while there isn’t much to do in Jeffersonville, this isn’t any fault of the hotel, and it was a convenient stopover location. Nick and his wife recently bought the hotel and are doing a lot of work to make it a better experience for their guests, and the staff is pleasant, responsive, and helpful. Their pool area is clean, and although breakfast options are limited, it is free and they provide simple staples such as eggs, sausage patties, bread, muffins, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee. The rooms were clean. The bathroom could use a bit of updating and it was a tight fit, but overall no real complaints. Just a thought for future renovations. It is a Quality Inn, it’s not a top tier hotel. I’ve been in a range of hotels, but it’s one of the best Quality Inns I’ve stayed in, and the service and effort that Nick and his team provide are above and beyond. I wish them the best in continuing to provide exceptional service and transform this hotel for their guests.

NillWe were at a trade show in xenia and although this hotel was not the closest it was the only one in our price range that didn't have any reviews sighting roaches in the rooms. We were happy with our stay as the hotel was very clean and the pool was actually one of the nicest pools we have ever seen in a hotel before. Most pools are overly humid underground and this one was a very open air ground level with tons of windows and lounge chairs. Pool was clean and well maintained. We had a great stay and will return.

NillLoved the pool! All the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was good, all sorts of options (as long as you get there early). Great place overall! Toddler did find an empty beer can behind the bed so make sure you are supervising little ones. Other than that, great hotel for the money!

NillI needed a quiet, clean and reasonably priced place to stay and this place delivered. They even had a pool. The night I arrived the receptionist explained that they had an emergency water pressure issue and they had tried to call me but could not reach me. It was a minor inconvenience and they were addressing it as quickly as they could. What made this place stand out were the owners who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeping staff had and smile and a friendly "good morning" - something you rarely get. I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Jeffersonville.

NillI stayed an extended period for work. I managed to get stuck with a pet friendly room (with no pets) had flea bites occasionally and the guests with pets would let them to bark constantly and poop right outside the exterior door on the sidewalk. Kind of pricey for the cleanliness and quality of the room. The doors need quite a bit of attention, they don't seal at all leading to excess noise, smells and likely the flea issue. Didn't use the pool because guests didn't look to be very cleanly. A gym would've been more appreciated. There are also bird nests directly outside the main entrance so the entryway is covered in bird droppings, straw etc. Not very welcoming. The location was perfect for me, but there is very little nearby aside from gas stations and a couple fast food restaurants.

★The bed was comfortable This is the best thing I can say about this hotel. It has been quite a while since I stayed at a Choice property and now I remember why. There are two floors and no elevator, so beware if you have mobility issues. A hot breakfast is advertised - I guess technically it was hot. What it was was scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The waffle maker was the kind that make mini waffles and the internal consistency was gummy. Coffee and tea, no not chocolate. You could make toast if you wanted. So, not a bad breakfast but much more limited than expected compared to other hotels. The room experience was less than acceptable. I was told the top of the stairs would not be noisy - it was - door banged all night. The bathroom is about the size of a small closet. Functional is about the best you could say - if you do not mind the broken flush lever and the less than full flush afterwards. The TV was not functional and it took over half an hour to have someone come up and "fix" it. It broke again shortly afterwards. The wifi was not working. Overall - this hotel was not worth the price and when I notified the front desk and later the GM all I got was excuses and pretty much well what do you expect we aren't a Hampton or Marriott - and on that it the one point we agree. Go elsewhere if you are staying in this area. On a better note the next door Denny's is great and has outstanding service.

NillNick is a great person to stay with. No matter day or night you can give him a call and he is always willing to help. Rooms are great as always. I’ve stayed here several nights and will choose to always come back every time.
