Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport

Great hotel to stay at when traveling for work. The staff is friendly, they have warm cookies and popcorn at the front desk and the hotel rooms are very clean. My shower head was weird and seemed like a temporary shower head that didn't work very well. I asked the front desk to look into it while I was gone and came back to a brand new shower head that worked great! I also ate dinner here and it was very good! Once again, for a simple quick work trip I'm glad I chose this hotel.

This Hilton Garden Inn felt like an "upgraded" Hilton Garden Inn. Offering food & beverage in a full-service manner was a nice surprise. Staff was super friendly and overall it was just a great stay. Close to the highway, so easy to get to, and although it is across from the airport, there was non noise from planes. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area!

Good location for traveling, pool, gym, hot tub, and a little office with desktop computers and printers. Snack store in lobby. The restaurant and bar are good, but they are about all you get for food unless you drive somewhere since only 1 place delivers here. Nice yard to walk the dog if you bring 1 along with you. There is no fan in the bathroom, and breakfast is Not included for some reason. With my AC and television on, I could still hear the rooms I was sandwiched between. It's a good place to lay your head and shower, especially if you need a break from the road and have a pet!

Not really close to anything to do or anything to eat. In fact not many places deliver here even, but the restaurant in the lobby has good drinks and good food. The breakfast didn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary hotel buffet breakfast, but they do charge $12 per person if you want it. The pool & hot tub area was pretty small. Hot tub jets didn't really "jet." I could hear everything each room around me had going on (TV, faucet, shower, and toilet flushing at all hours of the day and night. Even with my TV on and fan on). It's not a bad place to shower and lay your head, though.

This hotel and their staff are on point. For a decently priced place to lay your head and get a good hot shower this will do for anyone. I was so impressed with the attitude from the staff opposed to what I experienced in other cities after leaving the area for five years. Cleveland needs to up their game with their attitude. Thank you, CANTON for being so welcoming and friendly!

The bar tender at this hotel was very rude on multiple occasions. She made me move from a table with my young daughter in the lobby for eating pizza not bought at the hotel (was completely empty, no one waiting for a table). Will never stay here again.

Great hotel right in Akron/Canton airport backyard. Dave the Bartender, Kevin the desk man, Pete the dishwasher, Rob the cook, and Brent the shuttle guy were all amazing! Dave hooked us up with pretzels and peanuts and made Rob the cook make us fresh cookies! Couldn’t get any better! Great stay….great people!

The hotel is right next to the highway and is very loud. Management doesn’t care and refused to move my room to the other side of the building. Very unhelpful staff and ridiculous location. I’d never stay again. Don’t stay here!
