Red Roof Inn Perrysburg

Young man was helpful upon check in and helped me connect to unsecured WiFi. It is very poorly lit leading from interstate to motel. Bathroom exhibited evidence of prior guest(s). Pool was closed. Could be much better, this is the only RRI I would not return to. Corporate needs to pay a visit here. Feet were black after walking on motel room floor, needs a good scrubbing. I am solo female traveler, and felt pretty safe, but others may disagree. This location has potential to be a good destination.

The kindly lady at the front desk was just a delight. We checked in at 5am after 6 hours on the road, and she made checking in as easy as pie. Actually even easier than pie as it did not require folding butter meticulously into a dough, nor did it take several hours. We had our key within minutes. This place on the surface looks a little rough, but the rooms are clean, the lamps with the various settings are delightful, and theres even an ice machine!! It sounds silly, but I am stoked about the ice machine, hotel ice machine ice "just hits different" as the youth colloquialize. All that aside, for the price, you could do a lot worse. For an improptu stop on a 12 hour road trip, we got pretty lucky stumbling upon this place.

I can't express enough the service we have received here at the Red Roof Inn. We've been here for almost 3 months already an will remain extending our stay until we can find our forever home, The staff always make sure we have clean linen, towels and toiletries. We've been to a few different hotels in the area, and I can say, Red Roof Inn has been one of the best hotels we've stayed at. A special thank you too Hanna, (the Manager), and Val, who both have went above and beyond to make us feel like we're at home, so have the other staff members. I can say a 5 Star review is what I can only give, but if you want a great night stay I recommend the Red Roof they are a big 10 star! Also, One of the only hotels in the area who are pet friendly and don't charge you to have your pet here with you! The only thing I wish they would redo is the parking lot, it could use some TLC. Because of the trucks, it's a bit of a rough drive and have to drive my car slow, but there're No big pot holes, just very bumpy drive. I hope they can fix the driveway before something happens to someone's car.

Positive: the Lady staff was nice and helpful. Negative: The hallway smells like cigarette and weed. the door to the room has a big gap on the bottom so we still can smells the cigarette in the room

Had to get a different room because the lights were flickering. The lights next to the bed had cobwebs in them. The only light in the bathroom that worked, was the exhaust fan light. The new room we were put in had the same issue with the bathroom light. I was hoping to go to swimming in the pool, but it was closed.

Staff is absolutely amazing. So friendly, they help when you need anything. Location is right off freeway great gas prices near by. We stayed long term. Can get clean towels and sheets daily if requested. Very dog friendly. My dogs had a blast out back in the open grass. The people who stay here are very welcoming. Makes you feel at home. Would recommend if you want a friendly place to stay.

I reserved a room over the phone and at check in asked for a room I could see my van from, as I had sensitive freight in it and had to watch it closely. She gave me a room in back that was opposite of my request, I couldn't see my van, and then when I mentioned it, she said there were no rooms available that I asked for in my price range. Fair enough. I took the room she gave me anyway, but noticed a place I could park and easily see my van from, so it worked out well, at least for me. The girl at the desk was nice and helpful. The room wasn't bad either. It was clean. The hallways leading to rooms did smell bad. The location is not a very good one. Near the I-80/90 and can hear the Trucks whizzing past. But I did like the room. But then again, I am not hard to please.

There are friendly folks who will check you in, and give you a rundown on what's good in the area, many rooms to choose from and the rooms are cleaned daily, have to come out here to enjoy the atmosphere. It's 3555 hanley rd. In Perrysburg ohio....
