Comfort Suites

Positive: This hotel is better than most in its category. I had a newly refurbished room that was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I've stayed here several times and have always been happy with the rooms and the service. Negative: They really need to update the fitness center! It only has 6 rickety old pieces of equipment, 2 of which were not working. With some new equipment, maybe some free weights, the hotel would be perfect!

I always stay here when visiting Corvallis. It's above average for this class of hotel. My room this time was recently renovated so everything was new and spotlessly clean, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the fitness center. There are 6 very old, rickety machines, 2 of which weren't working. I hope they're planning to replace them and maybe add some free weights.

This was our first time staying here. The young man Colton that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The room was great. The breakfast was not the best we've had. Thank you for allowing us a late check out due to weather.

We travel often and deal with hassles, scary motels, extra fees. My family and I found the best hotel hands down! Booked on their website not with a 3rd party. had not 1 hassle! Breakfast was by far the best anywhere I mean anywhere. Indoor pool and hot tub relaxed us at night and in the early morning after a 6am workout in their 24 hr open gym. Colton and Mason thank you for such a great hotel experience! Marta you did terrific cleaning the room before we showed up. I wish I knew the names of everyone who worked there and was so pleasant and helpful. Saying our last goodbye to our dad before he passes. We really appreciate comfort suites in Corvallis Oregon for all they do for their guests! Only hotel we'll ever visit from now on :)

I got my girlfriend and I a Jacuzzi suite (at the price of a King! Thanks, Student Survival Kit Coupon.) for the weekend. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was AMAZING!! Not one, but TWO waffle machines (blueberry and regular batter). Plus, hot eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages, bacon, yogurts, instant oatmeal, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, muffins, and cereal! The hotel is nothing fancy, but it's not run down. The walls are decorated with nature painting and photos. There's free cookies (the bulk kind bought from the store) and lemon water in the cozy lobby. Our jacuzzi was awesome - good size and really strong jets - except that it didn't have a fan or anything to demoist the room. (It's also.. not in the bathroom; it's in the living room haha)

Staying at the comfort suite inn in Corvallis used to be a pretty decent experience however, the last few times we have stayed there. It has been a poor to fair experience. On our last day the beds were extremely comfortable, however, the room was in disrepair with loose faucets in the bathroom, loose towel racks on the wall, loose towel holders, the microwave rotating dish (inside the microwave) was not made for that model and made a lot of noise! There was ONE hanger in our room and when I asked for another couple or hangers they gave us one that did not fit on the closet bar. The hotel no longer has a guide on the TV to where you can see what the actual shows are, you have to search through the channels to see what’s on. Lastly, there was a malfunction of the fire alarm system, and when we came back in, we found that one of the fire doors near our room, had the fire activated magnetic auto-closer laying on the ground with all indications that it wasn’t even screwed on as it should be. Additionally, they did not fix this problem — as they should’ve immediately because it’s a safety issue — and the fire door was held open by a towel wedged under the door.

Shower floor was cracked and mushy underfoot. Room smelled old. Midnight building wide fire alarm party due to "equipment malfunction". Went to best western and rooms are more modern and maintained. Breakfast was good.

aloha,|i would like to covey a heartfelt thank you to Kristina (Breakfast Attendent) and |Faris ,Mason (front Desk)for there great customer service. i was so pleased with there knowledge , professionalism and pleasant personality on how they greeted us . customer service is very rare to find because all the other places we have gone to, no one has that special customer service they have provided. Please pass this on to there supervisor of a job well done. If Comfort Suites had more people like Kristina, Faris and Mason I'm sure your company will be a great success.
