NillMy overall experience at this motel was good. This is saying a lot because my expectations were lower since I was paying lower rates per night before local taxes, and I only really needed a place to park my rental and sleep/ bathe. The location is not the best: it's close to Whittaker and more than a mile from most (not all) dining options. The motel is located ~6 miles south of Eugene's airport, but for me, that is reasonable. The lobby managers were very accommodating as my check-in and checkout were both outside of normal hours. I salute them for that. My room was clean and comfortable, and had up to date design, furnishings, and appliances. The vinyl flooring looked like stained hardwood minus the laquer. It looked good. Room Included a flat screen TV with satellite dish service, a mini-fridge, bed, nightstand, lighting that all worked, clothing storage, and a microwave. Standard housekeeping is also available. Occupancy was low end during my stay, so it was pleasantly quiet as well. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and at good value. I would consider a future booking here again.

NillI had to book this room very last minute. I got it through Priceline. About $150 a night. I wish I drove to Springfield, which was cheaper and probably better. The front staff was very very nice and very accommodating as I checked in, close to 10 PM. The location is in the heart of homeless central in Eugene. However, the grounds seem to be clean and clean of riffraff. The room was shabby and I’m being gentle with my criticism. It does look like it was relatively recently updated with newer floors, but the walls if they have been painted recently need another coat of paint as there are scuff marks on every single wall the bed is a bit dated very spring, but comfortable enough for my tastes betting was clearly old and had cigarette burns on it. The curtains did not close all the way, which is annoying both for light and safety. There is a huge chunk out of the back of the toilet so clearly attention to detail is not a priority here. The door locked fine and I felt mostly safe, but I did bring all of my belongings in from my car, just in case.walls were relatively thin as I could hear a couple talking pretty much all night unless it was someone that left the TV on. It didn’t bother me too much but I’m sure it would bother others. I guess it was OK for the situation, but I would rather not stay here again.

NillThe room was mostly clean. The bed was comfortable. The guy on the desk was really rude. He was almost hostile. The air conditioner smelled like pee. So, I didn't use it.Its on a busy road. So, it is noisy. There are lots of homeless people camped out around. So, it was somewhat unsafe. For one night it was just OK. But I would look elsewhere.

NillThe room is clean and doesn’t smell. Next to a pot shop and a Mexican restaurant. The room is small and the furniture is older but functional. Parking is right in front of your door. The office is tiny and has the sneeze guards up still. The manager was friendly.

NillIf I could give zero stars I would… I came here with my family on Christmas Eve and there’s cockroaches practically falling off the ceiling, over priced rooms and my fridge was infested aswell.

NillWe spent a week and half here while our motorhome was being worked on. Value Inn is no frills BUT it is clean. Front desk and housekeeping very helpful. Be expected to see homeless folks in the area, but Value Inn keeps them off the property. Our room had hardwood floors, frig, microwave, coffee pot. I would stay again.

★★★★★Positive: The room was clean and eveything worked well. Negative: The desk person had a difficult personality. The location was below average--close to the airport, yes, but there were many homeless people in the area, we had to carry our luggage quite a distance because a chain link fence was put up in the parking lot

★★★★★The negative reviews for this Motel are year's old. We found the Value Inn Motel to be sparkling clean and safe. It's not in the best neighborhood, but it's priced properly. For airport proximity and price, it's the best deal in Eugene. It's owner operated and has a nice local feel to it.
