NillSpent two nights in the King Suite. The room was amazing and didn’t disappoint! Very clean and fresh. My husband and I have high standards and like nice things. I didn’t feel like I HAD to wear my slippers in this room like we have other places. The facility/hotel was really great as well. Continental breakfast had a wide variety of options (vegan and gluten free as well). Every single staff person was extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s the little things that make Hyatt go above and beyond (maps of the area, water upon check in, “good morning” when exiting the elevator, hot coffee at just the right time)…other hotels lack in these areas. This Hyatt is close to the shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner both nights. We will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

★★★★★Great place to stay for our company holiday party! We were able to meet back up for an after party in the bar. The staff were accommodating and friendly. No issues in my room or with billing. Love how close the hotel is to Trader Joe's for a quick snack trip! Everything was great!

★★★★★This is our third stay here but this visit we brought our pup. There’s a $75 pet fee which we understand. Our room was on the 5th floor which is the first floor of this hotel (lower floors are the parking structure.) our dog was warmly greeted with a doggie bag which had treats, a toy, waste bags, a tiny blanket, and a bandanna. All for a tiny dog not our golden doodle but we appreciate the thoughtfulness. Walking the pup was easy in the mall next door. They have a pet station which also seemed to do the trick. The benefit of staying on the 5th floor is that breakfast is just down the hall. ||The room was perfect for us with two beds, a mini fridge and a couch/desk area. Our sons used the gym and said it was nice and empty. We even enjoyed the bar/lounge area with a few friends Thanksgiving night. It was busy during thanksgiving weekend but didn’t feel overly crowded.

★★★★★It was like sleeping in a vault. Best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Staff were very friendly. Downside was the fact that there was only 1 elevator operational, and the pool was closed. Loved the bottled water and the candy gift. That was a nice touch.

NillI stayed here for one night on my road trip from San Francisco to Seattle. The hotel is super clean and the staff is super nice. My room was also super clean and roomy. I felt safe staying there as a solo traveler. The only reason I docked a star was because of the parking situation. When you arrive at the the hotel, there’s signs directing you to park in the garage. When you go to check in, the person at the front desk will ask you if you parked in the garage and if you did, you get charged $18. They need to be more transparent about this when you first enter the garage. Overall, I would probably stay again. The location was also a major plus.

NillThe hotel is in a quiet location. We took Lyft to get around to locations around the city. It's $18 to park in the garage overnight. The room was comfortable but the shower barely had warm enough water for a shower in the morning, and I didn't like any of the showerhead settings. It was always a wait for the elevators and they were always full. The breakfast area didn't have enough seating in the morning and all of the food options were sitting empty when we went to see what the food offerings were. They did refill the bacon while we were looking at the breakfast area but the bacon they put out was burned. Overall I don't think I would stay here again, the hotel can't seem to accommodate the number of guests they sell rooms to. Not enough hot water, not enough elevators, not enough breakfast food or eating space.

★★★★★Great hotel for visiting your student at the University of Oregon. Hot breakfast is plentiful, location is close to grocery stores, Target and the University. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are several restaurants in the shopping complex. Very convenient.

NillGreat location and the rooms are comfortable and well cared for. I thought the property was new which is a testimony for how well they maintain the place. They need to install some Tesla EV chargers. They have some strange chargers that I don't even recognize so I had no desire to even attempt using them. The bar/restaurant is pretty terrible but the staff is lovely. Smack dab in the middle of Oregon's wine country and they don't have any good local wine. Actually they have awful wine and that is an ownership issue 🙄 The front reception staff could stand to know a little more about the great restaurants nearby. They are super nice but not very knowledgeable about all the great options right outside the door. Glad I walked around and discovered the fabulous wine store around the corner. The Broadway Wine Merchants is the perfect place to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy in the hotel. If you need a stop over in Eugene, I recommend the Hyatt Place.
