EVEN Hotel Eugene, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, though there was an odd smell that may have been from a cleaning solution. In the room, one can find a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a balance ball. The shower is larger and updated with modern drains, faucets, lighting fixtures, and a better set of soaps and toiletries than expected. Renting a room will give you access to the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. All interactions with staff were pleasant and professional. In the morning at breakfast, Matthew provided outstanding service. There were quite a few people at breakfast with a traveling football team staying at the hotel as well but Matthew provided quick, and welcoming service to ensure everyone enjoyed their time.

The rooms were clean and neat, the service was fantastic and inviting at the front desk. Every morning, the breakfast area was well stocked and the staff were quick to serve with a friendly smile. This hotel is also conveniently placed for access to several restaurants and activities.

I go to Eugene often for work. EVEN hotel is my go-to place! It's always clean and quiet. Staff are respectful and responsive to meet your needs. I love the restaurant, and love the fact that after I come back late in the evening from work, I don't have to order out or go somewhere else to eat. The restaurant is open until 11pm, and there are multiple yummy food options, as well as drinks.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. We have stayed here several times and will again. There's exercise equipment in each room, if you're into that. We enjoy the cleanliness and quiet. The hot tub is nice, as well as the pool. There is a ping pong table downstairs as well. I would recommend paying for breakfast when you make your reservation. It is healthy food and served at your table after you order. Yesterday I had the avocado toast and my husband had the steak bowl. Yummy. They have quality coffee that you get for yourself. I have seen families and business people, as well as athletic teams staying at this hotel.

Amazingly clean hotel! Great customer service! Rooms were big and clean with near new furniture. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel. Pool and Hotub like new and very well maintained. A++++

Lots of potential for a stay in Eugene. Comfortable bed, clean room, indoor pool and hot tub. There were some issues though. Staff was not so welcoming, TV noise from adjacent room was loud, apparent fungal growth in hot tub, used my annual credit card night here and did not get a room upgrade despite Platinum status and the hotel having a lot of vacancy that night. Bathroom mirror installed too low and conflicted with operation of the sink faucet handle.

I've been staying here for work fir the last 4 years and the service is top notch Rosa at the front desk is always so helpful and a bright smile when being greeted by her. Steven at the kitchen/bar is a great bartender/ server. Always clean and Quiet when I visit as well. Top notch for sure.

First time staying at EVEN Hotel. Good room price. Restaurant, pool, gym, and a ping pong 🏓 table. Friendly staff. Great place to stay if in the Eugene area. Recommended and will stay again.
