I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gordon Hotel in Eugene, Oregon, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great hotel and terrific service. Bedding is luxurious and the food delicious. The gym is great. Personnel are attentive and very good with follow through. They reached out before we arrived to ask about special needs … nice touch. 100% recommend. We’ll be back.

After traveling the coast of Oregon, I headed inland to the Gordon hotel in Eugene. This hotel was pricey, but absolutely worth the money. The hotel is very clean. I felt very safe traveling alone. You need your key card to access your room floor from the elevator. You get a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. There are complimentary snacks available. The room itself was beautiful. It had everything you need for a short stay. There is a small refrigerator. There are wine glasses and a wine opener. There was sealed bottled water in the cutest little jars. My room overlooked fifth Avenue public market. I saw a beautiful sunrise. The hotel is upscale and elegant without being pretentious. Valet parking is $20, but it saves you a lot of stress from trying to figure out where you’re going to park. And it’s very convenient. The hotel itself is conveniently located within walking distance to other bars and restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet, clean and comfortable!

The artistic atmosphere and the customer service are great. Food at the tavern and the shops - wonderful. And my room was nice, super fluffy bed and pillows. My problem was the noise from the train’s horn. Loud! It woke me up SEVERAL times throughout the three nights I stayed there. I stayed in an odd-numbered room that overlooked the back alley. Maybe the even-numbered rooms (interior rooms) don’t have as much noise? If I stay here again, I will be sure to make that request.

From getting picked up at airport to dropping off, always greeted by friendly staff daily and even a welcome card in my room. Pillows were amazing as was bedding and towels. This is a great place to stay especially if you enjoy walking through the town. Halloween super fun at The Alley, fun seeing all the costumes and kids! I enjoyed holiday time here.

This hotel is very clean and conveniently located, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The hotel’s own restaurant seems very popular, and there’s a great Chinese restaurant next door called Jade Dumpling & Noodle House if you like Asian food def try it out. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, offering complimentary beers and drinks, letting us try different flavors. The service is top-notch!

The Gordon is a great hotel in downtown Eugene, convenient to the Hult Center, University of Oregon and shopping downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are well laid out, comfortable and very clean. ||We've stayed at the Gordon a number of times and will continue to stay here when we come to Eugene for visits and events.

My family and I went to the Gordon hotel for the Thanksgiving buffet. The food and service were outstanding! Imagine our surprise when we were given a private room for our dinner. We decided this will be our Thanksgiving dinner venue as long as they're doing the buffet. Our experience was absolutely amazing
