My favorite place to stay. Of course all Hilton’s are the best but this was a great room, clean and cared for. I had checking in with Alexia and she was awesome. She went above and beyond what she needed to do, seemed calm under pressure despite being the only person there with a lot going on around her. She is a true star of the property.

I was bringing food up to my room and twisted my ankle and fell really hard and laid in front of the door screaming in pain for 5 minutes with no help. When I finally got inside the hostess offered no help and when i asked for ice she told me I would have to go upstairs to the second floor and get it myself when I could barely walk. I then called and asked for a manager and instead got a woman that treated me like some kind of vagrant, she insulted me and said it wasn't their responsibility to help me and that the entrance is not their property so I needed to speak with public works. I wasn't trying to sue or anything of that nature I just wanted to know what the protocol for that incident was and still have not heard back from the manager. The whole staff was rude when all I was asking for eas help with my injury. I would not recommend this facility since it doesn't fit the culture of eugene as I am a transwoman and felt that was the reason they treated me so poorly

The hotel is lovely. Very friendly front desk, looks new ish. Parking is very convinient; however, its not payable to hotel, must use phone and qr code to pay for it.|While rooms are nice, I had to change rooms twice for various maitenance reasons. The walls are really thin, so it was quite noisy.|Breakfast was very nice.

The room was outstanding. Comfortable and quiet. Well appointed. The scarce breakfast items and $15.50 per day parking were disappointing.

You have to pay for parking, the "free" breakfast is microwave from frozen items the attendant microwaves and puts in a warmer. You can make fresh waffles, but they are bland. The apples are so old they have wrinkles. Woke up at 4 am to a loud argument outside. I am on the 4th floor. No OJ at the bar today. They are out of "do not disturb" placards for the door, so cleaners come in whether we want them to come in or not. Woke up each morning with a sore throat. Subsided as the day progressed, I'm thinking the air filters need to be changed. There was no toilet paper replenished when the cleaners did come in and grab the used towels. Disappointing for a 9 day stay. Won't stay here again.

I stayed with my family and had 3 rooms. Room were very nice and clean. My whole family liked the room very much. And special thank to Tina. She gives the great service. Definitely coming back to this property.

I have to travel to Eugene for work often. This is the only place I stay now. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have never had an issue that they have not immediately adddress.

My boyfriend and I live van life and sometimes stay at hotels for a little break. We have found this to be the best brand for a hotel. The buildings are newer and the rooms are very clean. They have a gym, laundry, & a pool. The rooms have a kitchenette, which is great for preparing our own meals if we don’t want to go out for food. This place was quiet and the beds are comfortable. They allow pets, too! There are a lot of places in walking distance for food, drinks, grocery, and others.
