Hampton Inn Eugene

My 20 year old daughter was visiting a friend in Eugene. We confirmed with Hilton reservations, several times, that she could check in with no problems. This is not true because you have to be 21 years old, per the Hampton Inn Eugene. I found this out when I called direct to make sure everything was set for her stay. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica and she understood our dilemma. She was able to get the stay approved and my daughter had so much fun! She said the room was beautiful, the front desk staff were kind, the check-in process was smooth, and the breakfast was amazing. Also, the location was perfect, the pool was nice and she felt completely safe. We will definitely book again with Hampton! Thank you Hampton Eugene for allowing my daughter to have such a fun visit with her friend!

Comfortable bed. Clean spacious room. Room had thoughtful amenities. Manager was excellent. Cookies in the lobby, yumm, nice touch. Appreciated the snacks. 11 minute drive from the airport. The negative that needs mention is the room faced the road on Saturday night with street racers with loud engines and burning rubber. The thermostat doesn’t allow for a continuous fan to reduce the noise (options were off or auto). If can’t provide continuous fan for noise reducer, maybe the hotel could provide a noise maker (as some hotels I’ve stayed at have provided this by the bed and was much appreciated). Otherwise, I’d stay here again. The manager needs to be recognized, he is doing awesome with the place from what I saw with one night stay.

I travel regularly, weekly, all over the country. I don’t always write reviews but I’m super impressed with the front desk and staff in general. Very professional yet kind and empathetic. Rooms good and clean and breakfast options are better than most Hamptons. Thank you again for being so kind.

Loved this hotel!!! It was clean, wonderful staff, everything you need. So many places to eat and shop within 10/15 min. The staff was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. One of my favorites. Thank you!

This was the first time staying at a hotel in a while for me. I usually go with airbnb but since it was an unexpected stay, we decided to just stay at a hotel. Needless to say, everything was great. Hotel smelled fresh and clean right when you walk in and I also felt safe knowing that doors to the lobby are locked after 8pm. Easy check in and very kind and attentive staffing. Rooms were spotless and were so clean that it felt like no one had been there before we came. This stay definitely had raised my standards for what a hotel should be providing. When checking out, process was easy and fast. The staff had also asked us if we would like any water for the trip back home. Would stay here again if I have any chance in the future.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one in Eugene ranks as the best I have stayed at. Front desk was courteous and professional and the check in was very quick. The room was great. The counter space in the bathroom was excellent. Usually there is just enough room for a little more than one toiletry kit on the counter, but there was easily enough room for at least two kits. The shower pressure very strong. The complimentary breakfast was also great - lots of topping for your waffle besides just syrup and they had a lot of fresh blueberries. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the Eugene area.

The lady that checked us in was very nice but it didn't make up for the fact that they had a spider in the bathroom so gross it could star in it's own horror movie. I was traveling with family and we couldn't find another hotel with availability so we had to stay, but it was a restless night. The front desk person actually said she lived in Oregon her entire life and had never seen a spider so big. We searched our room thoroughly after that and found another large all white spider near the coffee maker. It was sad because apart from the spider issue it seemed to be a pleasant hotel.

Excellent customer service! Jeremiah at the front desk helped me sort out a change to my room bill and also printed a document I needed for a work trip that I forgot to print prior to arriving. He went above and beyond!
