NillRooms were smaller than advertised. Beds were dirty as if they just threw the covers over the mess. Random hair in the beds, and by the time it was time to leave, we were itching like crazy. Not to mention the amount of screaming and yelling going on all hours of the night. For what I paid for the room, don’t waste your time, money, or peace of mind.

NillThe lady was quick to get me into my room when I got there I thought it was odd I didn’t have to sign any papers or anything. My biggest issue was the traffic and yelling all night, the doors don’t shut out any noise. There was 2 towels but no soaps, no coffee pot I even brought my own coffee lol it could have been cleaned better. I’ve stayed at worse for way more so I wasn’t too mad. I think the only thing that bothered me was the website said there would be continental breakfast and their wasn’t which still isn’t the worst thing in the world

NillVery close to the train station in Eugene Oregon, she was very nice and well spoken, and she helped me out when nobody else would. I will strictly go here everytime I pass thru. Also her eye for cleanliness is spot on, and she cares about what she does. Thank you for making my trip as smooth as it was whilst in the area.

NillNice affordable motel. Nice lady who runs it + overall pretty reliable and clean. Bit loud on the roaded sound but that's to be expected in its location.

NillThis place isn't bad. We've stayed here twice now and we noticed they definitely have tried to improve the inside since we last stayed. I believe last time we stayed was 2018 and we stayed in a smoking room. The room we had this time was clean, smelled good and the bed was comfy. Best price in town right now. Will stay again when we need.

NillThe good- A cheap clean room. The bad ..requiring a proper renovation in a semi seedy area on a main thoroughfare with lots of traffic noise that was seeped through poorly insulated windows. A faint odour of tobacco in the non-smoking room. Sadly, not much bang for the buck here.

★After waiting 30-45 minutes for any service whether checking in or getting clean towels or checking out. The bedspread was filthy and full of cigarette burns, the pillow cases appeared to have black soot on and underneath them. Cigarette burns on all the furniture. But we decided to stay anyways as we were traveling with cash only and this limits the hotels you can rent. We were asked to pay a $50 cash deposit for incidentals, we obliged. In the morning we asked for a late checkout, hotel front desk agreed 1 hour extra making checkout 12 noon. When we left at twelve noon they refused to give us our deposit back stating we didn't check out on time at 1100. I'm assuming she needed 50bucks for her own pocket. So if you like nasty rooms and being ripped off this is the place. But if you like clean, safe, honest, fair pricing, this is not the place for anyone especially if you have kids.

NillReasonably priced even during the 2024 U.S. Track and Field Olympic Trials, when many other places were tripling their rates. Small room and nothing fancy, but it was clean, quiet (except for traffic on 7th Ave.) and functional. I might stay here for the 2028 games! Good proximity to EUG airport.
