NillRelaying a family members review: she said she was impressed with cleanliness, but suggested updating some of the furniture and decor! Thought staff was easily reachable and well mannered. Location was convenient.

NillThe room was not clean and the carpet was dirty. The AC-Heating is noisy, you cant even sleep. The price of the room is too high considering the old furniture, carpet, etc Breakfast was OK, location OK. I stayed there because it was the only option available.

NillWouldn't let us access the pool and hottub even though during booking they assured us we would be able to. Said they couldn't find the key to the building (apparently, the key card door doesn't work) said they would call someone and get the key and let us know when it arrived... waited all night. No call, no show.

NillLove the location as it's right on the main strip close to bars and restaurants in walking distance. Everybody I encountered in the town was lovely including most of the staff at the hotel. The room was mostly clean, could have been better but the bed was very comfortable. Also check out is at eleven but I got a knock on my door from housekeeping (if that's even who they really were) at 8:45 am. I wasn't enthused by that.

NillCleanliness is definitely an issue with this establishment. They might come in and spot clean between guests but it is falling Far Below par. When I first checked into my room, I discovered that there was old food in the refrigerator, someone's cigarette Ash jar was on the heater, the floors were dirty with dog food pieces and an abundance of hair in the bathroom that definitely isn't just from one or two previous guests. When I pulled back the blankets on the bed there was enough hair in there to let you know that housekeeping had just remade a dirty bed instead of changing the sheets. I did let management know and they said they would have someone clean. They also said that the comforters are only cleaned after long-term stays and so that could be the problem with why the bed is dirty. Not sure how long "long term" is .... After the room had been "cleaned" it was still dirty and floors were not touched at all. The TV remote was put into the sanitized bag even though it had dried food on it. Noise is also an issue with the air conditioning / heater unit on the wall being so loud that you have to turn it off in order to sleep. Not like a little Rumble but like a baritone hair dryer. I also reported the cleanliness of the pool room to management. When I went to use it, the water in both the Pool and hot tub were incredibly cloudy. If you turned on the Jets in the hot tub, within about 5 minutes the bubbles completely overwhelmed the tub letting you know that the ph / chemical balance in the tub was way off. The morning after I reported the issue, I did see maintenance going to The pool room With the water testing kit. The pool was quickly closed and remained that way for 2 days. Best Western is actually my go-to hotel And I stay with them very often for work. All of my coworkers experienced similar issues with their rooms at this hotel. It is in my opinion that this hotel is falling far below the standards the Best Western tries to bring, especially for the price they asvertise. It is sad because many of the amenities do seem newer.... the beds are comfortable and the potential is there for this to be a good hotel. This seems to be a management problem more than a worker problem. All the workers I spoke with were incredibly friendly And seemed hard-working. But only so much can happen with a leadership failure. Save your money and go to Dreamers down the street. They might be more dated, but they are meticulously clean and the service is impeccable.

NillLocation close to town for restaurants. Room was clean and tidy. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the mattress was REALLY hard/firm, and no "spare" pillows. I'm a 50+ female traveling alone with my dog, and I felt very safe there.

NillI decided to stay here because the other 2 hotel/motel choices seemed lacking. I wasn’t disappointed, however. The room was clean and the noise level was minimal. No road noise from my room. Coffee maker, iron, hair dryer & all the accessories you would expect from Best Western. I haven’t had the breakfast yet. But if it’s any indication, I don’t think I will be disappointed with that either. I ate dinner at the Outpost about a half block away.

NillI've been staying at this Best Western every time I need to come out to my work site for the past three years. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful when I have needed something. This particular trip however, has been awful. I'm not really sure what's going on but almost every night for the past week there have people partying in the parking lot area until the early morning hours. I'm currently writing this at 1 a.m. after listening to some woman scream as though she were at concert and several people laughing loudly after every time she does it. I checked, no one was being hurt, they are just partying quite loudly. It is incredibly frustrating to be unable to sleep due to loud guests, especially since when I am at this work site I am always working 10-13 hour days and am exhausted. I don't think I should have to run and tattle to the staff to ask them to please quiet very loud guests. There is zero chance I am the only one hearing them. Last night another guest went out and asked the parties (a different group of people) to quiet down around 11:45 p.m. so I know it isn't only affecting me. The beds are uncomfortable, but this trip is the only time I have ever had an issue so I am guessing it is just this room. The towels are fluffy and soft, the room was clean, I have no complaints about that at all. One of the biggest pluses, especially since it has been so hot this week, 100°+, is that the air conditioner is AWESOME! The room has stayed nice and cool, in fact the first night I was here I had to adjust the temperature because I got too cold. The ice machine works great and after filling it, I put it in the refrigerator with the lid on and the next night I still had ice, yet my food that was in the fridge was not frozen. Overall, I recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Please though, enforce a quiet time. 15 minutes later and those people are still out there screaming and hollering.
