The La Grande Inn

The room was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Shower has black mold, carpets are filthy. Glad I brought my own blanket, slept on top of it. Noisy all night long. Door lock broke, etc...|Do not recommend it to anyone. We Love older hotels/motels. If your payment is non refundable, you know it's shady.

They have recently done a few small upgrades and fix ups to the place which looks nicer and was much needed. It's definitely still a get what you pay for kind of place. Everything was clean and the girl at the front desk was friendly but it's just a place to sleep

Nice place to stay last minute. Great price for what they have to offer. Breakfast was provided. Had a friendly staff. Also had good parking for Eighteen wheels and truck with 5th wheel parking.

The room is good for the rate you pay. It was a nice continental breakfast with all the basics. I was bummed the hot tub was "not working" since I called 2 days prior & it was open & there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which was a little concerning. But again, it was OK if you want a cheap place to stay.

Positive: It was newly updated and conveniently located with a super accommodating and friendly staff. Negative: Had to remove the very dirty filter so the a/c would cool the room. Everything else was fantastic.

So..I have a question..there's alot of bad reviews here on how thos motel has mold, alot of things don't work..etc...how come nobody called the health department on this hotel yet? It's illegal to run a motel business and put people's health in jeopardy like that?..everything MUST work, If there are mold in all of these rooms, that's a law suit already, and it doesn't seem to me like this hotel gives a sh..t about people's well being. Just collect the money ..that's it..why don't every one of you call the health dept??..or do I have to do it???...this business should be shutdown? That's NOT safe??..

Staff is awesome. Place is clean and well kept. Breakfast is really good. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area!

the staff provided secure covered parking for my motorcycle, a big plus for riders. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hot tun was nice and hot. breakfast included, the room was fine, nice desk for the laptop, bed fine and price excellent. close to anything you need, all an all a great experience.
