Quality Inn, Madras Oregon

Car was involved in an accident, had to book a pet-friendly room. Quality Inn got me in at the last minute! Great service, rooms look as though they have been updated and breakfast was amazing!

I have been staying at Quality Inn locations for all my road trips this last month. For the price, I find it affordable. The rooms are generally pretty clean, you get free breakfast, and the sheets are so silky! I’ve never had an issue with my stays. Especially since I utilize the rooms just for sleep upon each stop of my journey, I find it’s worth the price. Breakfast isn’t anything fancy - but I always go for some eggs, bacon (if offered), juice, yogurt and muffins. My husband likes the waffles! Some locations are close to highways, so be weary of which side of the building you are located because sometimes it is a bit noisy (request a room away from highways). Other than that, I have no complaints!

Easy to find, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Best bag for your buck in the area. Was nervous as we read someone said it was not in a great area however my kids and I felt very safe.

Positive: "" Negative: They issued me a room key to a occupied room even after they saw it was a occupied room. Very embarrassing for me to walk in on someone and probably even more so to that guest. When they gave me my room the security door latch did not secure the door.

Although the room was quite big, clean and nice, I had a terrible night because of the noise of a kind of pump that keeps going on and off all night. I ended up putting on earplugs. Apart from that, breakfast was good with everything you needed, waffles, eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, juice, yogurt and so on. Check the rooms regularly, and it will become an excellent hotel.
