Quality Inn

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Carpets were never vacuumed the whole time we were there. Room was not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. Hair from the previous guest on the bathroom wall. Mold/mildew on the ceiling of the shower. Mold mildew in the tiles of the shower. Green slime residue on the edges of the pool. Had to have our cards redone everytime we left because they wouldn't open the doors from the outside. 5 of us, all different guests tried in vain to get the exterior doors to open with our cards. They finally on our last day propped open the doors with rocks. Didn't feel safe and added discomfort because of all the smoke from the fires seeped in. Smoke detector was expired and not working. Overall only positive things were the front desk staff and the breakfast. Definitely would not stay here again.

My boyfriend stayed here on a quick trip to Idaho and then back to the valley. When he got home he realized they charged him 230 bucks for one night claiming he has dog pee in his room. Me and my boyfriend don’t even own a dog and asked them to check the footage and still claim it was him. So they didn’t clean the room before he got there from someone else? Then try to blame it on him? Ridiculous

Positive: The hotel was conveniently located for what we were in the area for. It provided easy access to the Interstate that we were traveling on. Negative: We were very disappointed in the stay at the Hotel. Access keys would not work, bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were garbage, Direct TV reception was spotty for some reason. Room was in need of updating in some areas. Continental breakfast marginal.

The pictures online make it look like a nice place, but when you drive up, it looks very ghetto. It claims to be smoke-free, but I could smell smoke in the office and the halls, too. The place is dark, with hardly any lights. The shower was dirty. There was a clump of hair in the bottom of my shower. The light fixture was crooked, and the two locks on the bathroom door didn't lock. The towels were thin and could barely wrap around a small child. The breakfast was bland, and hardly any options. I was caravanning with my sister and her family back from a family reunion, and I was so embarrassed that this was the place I had booked for us. I should have paid the extra $20 and gone to the place I went to on our way to our family reunion. This place is not worth the $150! Lesson learned: never go here again. It's NOT quality at all.

Decent spot 👍 Room was clean & well maintained , very comfy bed. Doesn't look like much outside but late night staff was very friendly and room was nicer than expected. I'd stay again anytime.

They charged me twice for one night. The room and hotel is desperately in need of updating. Carpet looks very dirty, hair on the bathroom floor. But, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

I've stayed here before as a mid-way point when heading to visit my family. Friendly and respectful staff, convenient location for jumping back in the car and continuing on my way, and the price is right while driving to my final destination. I personally seek out places with free breakfast, and this place has mini waffels, which are delectable. The rooms were renovated in the last 5 years, but only to 95% completion, for example the new paint ends 2 inches above floor and would just look better if base boards were installed to finish it out. Beds are comfortable and the furniture provides adequate functionality and electronic charging access points.
