NillNice rooms with fridge and microwave. Bed is a bit too soft for my liking but not uncomfortable. Rick at reception was super helpful with lots of suggestions about things to do and see. Great value!

NillStayed here while I went to an interview in Portland. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate for me. Furthermore, the location of this hotel is very convenient, located right next to a lot of great food trucks, einstein bro's, and groceries are easily accessible with a train or bus. The price was 100% worth it. I would give 10 stars if I could, and I will be back if I visit this area again.

★★★★★Positive: Location and price. Room was decent, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Negative: No coffee in room. Only available mornings in lobby. No breakfast was served. Checkout time 11am instead of stated 12pm. Additional $10 charge for parking.

NillVERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION! they do not tell you or discount the rooms. i was woken up each day at 4am and it continues each day until 5pm. i work at a choice hotel and this place lacked many things that are supposed to be standard. check in was a little difficult and i was not given any receipts at all. very hard to understand front desk. i was up charged HEAVILY by $40 on my last night. room rate was $75 a night, $10 overnight parking- and i was charged $114! when i asked why the room rate had changed so drastically (on the website it said $75 at that very moment) the front desk employee just tapped the payment screen and told me to put my card in. i tried very hard to communicate and was told to come back later and the manager literally hand waved me away :( felt very discriminated against and was manager would just stare and my fiancée and i through the window. very weird people and set up, but parking lot was at least safe. The website also said there would be a breakfast served, and there is nothing but coffee.… so just know- as an employee, I think it’s ridiculous that this is probably the third hotel I’ve been to this year where I’ve paid a lot of money to get horrible room/service. it feels very disrespectful. As well as it is unfair to not have updated websites about each place. Also the fact you have to pay for parking is not ideal. i’m already paying to stay in the hotel!

NillGreat little inexpensive motel. Safe location. Dave at the front deak was super nice. Small clean room. Mini fridge and good sized TV. Nothing fancy. Right across from an area with about 10 food trucks, which was awesome. Also, close to a busy road so noisy around 8 in the morning.

NillThis place is pretty good. It has all the necessary things like a mini fridge, microwave, wifi. Its everything I need for a decent price. This is located in the center of the city which is convenient. It also has a Middle Eastern food truck across the street and this is one of my favourite cuisines. I recommend ordering some extra food for later since nothing is open in the morning. The units are clean and the staff are responsive and helpful.

NillGreat location right in the middle of downtown, across the street are about 10 food trucks and a gas station for beer. The only problem is like most motels the heavy use of chemicals to clean and deodorizer the room irritated my eyes and gave me a sour throat after sleeping in it with the window closed. Everything was clean the room looked nice for a $100 room. Even though it is downtown it felt safe and the area was not over run with homeless people.

★★★★Positive: Very clean and quiet. No sign of any stains or bugs, no dust! The location is very convenient to many amenities such as a cafe, food trucks, and CVS. Negative: The interior security ball lock mount was cracked in half and all of the screws were loose, the smoke detector had a garbage and ziplock bag over it (no odors though), most importantly though there was no coffee maker in the room lol. Negative: ""
