So, when we first arrived, there was an issue with my I.D. I'm traveling from out of state, and expected as much. They told me I just needed to change the name I'd booked the room under. I asked how. I was told to call Expedia, as that is how I'd booked the room. Sure! What's their number? Well, after finding two wrong numbers on Google, I told the clerk I wasn't calling any more random numbers. Then she magically found the actual number I was supposed to call on the reservation info they had for me. Incredible. So we do that. I have issues with both Expedia knowing where to even send an updated reservation somehow, and the front desk clerk giving a shit at all that all 5 of us are waiting for nearly an hour to get our room. So then we get to the room! I picked a room that said it sleeps 5, two queens and a pull out. Nope. Just two queens. I point out to them that that is false advertising, and that I need to be accommodated as such. I'm told that because I booked through Expedia, they won't do anything. They don't even offer anything. My mother in law asks if we could have a cot? No cots. Fine, just some extra blankets and pillows? We have to ask this??? They knew we had five people while they refused to book the room for an hour. They said nothing. They did the bare minimum at all times to accommodate us at all. Rude, useless staff who have no regard for the fact that they are falsely advertising what is actually available on their second party sites, nor do they care that their clientele has been misinformed. Don't come here.

Upon arriving the lobby smelled like a backed up septic tank, normally I would understand that things happen but there was no smell outside that would lead one to believe that there was a larger issue at hand. All of the furniture in the lobby was stained and very worn down. Upon going to the 3rd floor to our room we saw that the ceiling was visibly leaking in the hallway. When we checked in there was no mention of any possible issues or anything. The room was....ok. It was fairly clean but it was dingy and worn down. All of this would be fine if I had booked a motel 6 but something with the Sheraton name and Marriott attached does come with a certain standard that I felt was not met. If you can book on a night that's no more than $50, then fine but i recommend if it's more than that to keep looking. Also very loud. And every time someone opened their door it sound like someone was opening our door.

Stay away from this hotel property. I booked a hotel room with handicap accessibility for my father and mother, and when we checked in the room hadn't even been cleaned yet. See the pictures, it's what we walked into after a five hour drive from Washington. The room was a disaster, dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty bathroom,. The service was terrible as well. At first the woman who checked us in and moved us to another room, had offered us some complimentary snacks and drinks for our troubles and told me her manager would call me in the morning to discuss the situation. Her manager didn't call, infact the front desk receptionist in the morning was completely rude when I asked her about it. Needless to say, I highly recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible. It was a disastrous experience for us. My handicap father was forced to move to a regular room that placed his safety and health at risk. It is a hazardous place with the frost service.

Do you want a hotel that doesn't let customers sleep on the floor? Then go somewhere else. Expedia sold us a room that didn't exist (2 queens & a pull-out couch for 5 people), it took us 45 min to check in. The receptionist said nothing about our 5th person the entire time & when we came downstairs after seeing no couch, she told us that it had happened before, it hadn't been fixed, and offered to do nothing. We had to ask about an extra room for THEIR mistake (no), a cot (no), and we even had to ask for extra blankets so my brother could sleep on the floor, which is apparently A-OK with this hotel.

The hotel advertised a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast (which is what I based my search off of). When we arrived we learned the pool and hot tub were under construction (but other posts said the pool has been closed since covid??). And they no longer offer breakfast. The room was freezing when we checked in. The toilet paper dispenser was broken, which wasn’t a big deal, but everything kind of added up for a disappointing stay. I will say the bed and comforter blankets were nice.

Am I the only person who hears Sheraton and thinks it must be good? It's a Sheraton. I feel like there was a time that I would have thought $150 a night at a Sharaton was a killer deal. For $177 with tax, on a Tuesday night, I expect a little more. Since I'm a focus on the positives kind of gal we will start with the pluses: the bed was decent and I didn't sleep terribly. The room appeared to be pretty clean upon first look. The lobby was nice and the desk gal did her job just fine but isn't winning any hospitality awards. The complementary bottled water was nice, but the coffee packets in my room were so thin I had to use two of them to make it darker than iced tea. My coworkers enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. That's all I've got. We had 4 rooms and everyone said their rooms smelled odd when we checked in. I thought mine smelled a little like someone had smoked in it. A coworker said hers smelled like someone had just used her bathroom and hadn't left the fan on. When we returned from dinner, the lobby smelled like that and so did all of our rooms. Is that bad pipes or something? The hallway of the second floor had many large stains on the carpet, as did the carpet in my room. Furniture had stains as well. The bathroom looked clean, until you closed the door and looked at it from sitting on the toilet. I won't describe it, but there is a photo and if you know, you know. A colleague found hair on her bathroom counter. I know that inflation is a thing, and prices are high right now, but at this price point and no free breakfast, it didn't feel like the best deal. I think the 3.9 star rating is a little generous. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but if I were to return to the neighborhood, I'd look for something else, even if I had to drive a little further.

The lobby frequently smells like raw sewage, and the halls even up to the 3rd floor. The tiles are currently cracking in the elevator and the rugs have many stains. 2/3 front end ladies were nice except one older woman working in the AM was not friendly at all upon walking in. They keep the doors locked at night and can only enter with key card which is reassuring for the area. I don’t think offer breakfast but there’s an Elmer’s right next door. Not sure where the 3.9 is coming from.

I will start by saying I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member (which means I spend a lot of nights away from home in Marriott properties.) This hotel is very misrepresented. First: booking and pictures show this property as part of Elmer’s restaurant with room service. NOT true. The diner does not offer room service, does not allow room charge and is not part of Marriott at all. Big deal since I booked two rooms for family staying 8 days, only to learn they couldn’t charge food to their room and there wasn’t anything nearby to eat. Plus the menu and offerings were much not true. Also, clearly states pillows are “foam” also not true. They are feather, I broke out into a rash as a result. Water? I took a bath and it was light yellow…. Checkin: Denise has zero business being in customer service. Awful experience, she told me “you aren’t eligible for an upgrade because you booked a double”… I showed her the app showing I was upgrade eligible and eventually she upgraded me. I asked for water and she informed me I could buy from panty?!?wtf? Platinum Elite. Free water. I spend a fortune at Marriott AND have the credit card??? Next morning I check out, politely mention issues and ask to be moved to another Marriott property (Which I moved us via app), good desk person am / manager was supposed to call me, did not. They obviously don’t care. Now at Marriott Courtyard down the road and very happy. Do NOT stay at Four Points - go straight to Courtyard! Worst Marriott in 5 years I have stayed at. Lied about room service, Lied about pool, lied about pillows, lied about “pillow top mattress” (barely a mattress) and absolutely awful checkin process for elite member with 2 rooms, one staying 8 nights! And manager can’t be bothered to call back a guest? Shameful experience and makes me rethink my loyalty to Marriott.
