Hampton Inn Mitchell

This is a very nice updated and remodel hotel. Rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and allowed our hockey team to set up and play pickle ball in a marked off spot in the parking lot. Josh at front desk was helpful setting up my reservations for the weekend. Great hotel, we will be coming back.

Just remodeled. The rooms are beautiful and the look of the whole place is new and fresh. Breakfast was great. Staff were so friendly. I highly recommend this spot.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Penny at the Hampton Inn, is a wonderful employee and has been serving our family breakfast at the Mitchell hotel for over 10 years. She met us before our kids were born and we now have 3 kids, 8,8, and 6 and they look forward to seeing her every year on our cross country trips to see family. The hotel itself is always clean, chill and a great respite for us. It's everything you expect of a Hampton Inn. But it's the staff, especially Penny, who keep us coming back year after year.

I have stayed at this hotel before and always enjoy returning. It is conveniently located and easy to find. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, including the coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel.

They have clean and updated rooms. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. The housekeeping staff was constantly cleaning. The breakfast staff kept the food replenished.|My only concern was the noise from I 90. The property sets parallel to the interstate so it’s difficult to avoid the noise. |We will stay here again because the staff is great, it’s updated and clean and it’s an ideal location after a long drive.

Nice clean hotel close to several restaurants and shopping. It seemed like a safe area to us. We felt safe and even walked down to some stores. The breakfast was decent and had a variety of items. Pool area was nice too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in SD.

Consistent as with all the Hampton Inn's. Appreciate coffee and tea is always available. Breakfast is always consistent too. It's nice you know what you are getting when you book a Hampton.

Beautiful hotel after the renovation. The rooms are nice and clean, with large flat screen tvs. Beds don’t have the butt imprints that come with time. I see this as a great advantage. When we went downstairs for breakfast in the morning, the cooks were very kind to us, even taking our plates after we were finished eating. I must say that this felt like dining at a five star restaurant. The omlets were also above average. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would definitely come again!
