Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Center and the room was fantastic! There's a pillow for everyone's sleep. The freshly renovated room's are immaculately appointed. Beds are comfortable, no back aching after a peaceful night. To top it off the ac was responsive and worked great and we all know what a big deal this is. There's an indoor pool ample parking. Location is close to everything, business, restaurants, arts, museums and more. There's a restaurant in the hotel as well as a convenience store. Enjoy your next stay.

I enjoyed the stay at the Holiday Inn at Sioux Falls City Center on Monday November 11th, 2024. The check in was seem less an fast directions to the room was easy and the restaurant was wonderful there menus were not too pricey, and the food was delicious. The sleep was very comfortable, nice and quiet. It would have been nicer if the bathroom had a little more room but it was manageable. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed there hot cup of coffee. Thank You for a very relaxing stay

Graeat stay as always and is my go to place when traveling to Sioux Falls. The rates are great and staying on the 9th floor is perfect for a complimentary morning breakfast and evening snacks with an open bar for guests. The only thing i would say is that the sound did carry down the hallway for the evening drinks, but that was only becuase there was a large group partaking the week i was there. Would stay here again! Right downtown with easy walking distance to Phillips street restaurant scene, the Falls and Falls park, etc. You are near all that you want to do.

A unique hotel, older, but well maintained and modern. I was drawn to the street appeal and was more than pleasantly surprised by how up to date the interior was. The staff was very personable, helpful and professional. We travel with our pet, and were very thankful that he was welcome to stay with us. The room was great, the restaurant, food and staff were top notch. I was also able to have a workout in the fitness center, which is well equipped. The outdoor area for the pets was nice, especially for being located downtown.

I booked this hotel as a meeting place for after a tournament! The staff greeted me, and recognized me as a preferred member. Check in was seamless. I asked for an extra vehicle pass. My husband and I drove separately so, needed an extra pass. They gave me the pass without hesitation! The gathering was great and the staff was very accommodating. I got a great night sleep! The beds were very comfortable!

When I was ready to check in my room was not quite ready yet. They sent me an email letting me know that it was ready for me. The check in process was fast and easy. The service at the bar was exceptional, very friendly staff all over the hotel.

Rooms are good - what you expect from a holiday in and clean but not amazing, pillows could be a bit better. Service is outstanding - the best I have had a holiday inn. Everyone says hello and is conversational and help is always available and prompt. This kind of customer service doesn’t happen by accident so thanks! Our go to every time we are in town.

I have come here for NYE the past 5-6 years with a large group of friends to spend time together. Last year’s service was bad but we decided to give it one more try. This year was the worst experience I have ever had. The bartender refused to serve any of the Native people with our party. Her coworker did his best to help us. It was really inappropriate treatmentI and ruined the whole stay after we all paid around $200/night. I asked multiple staff to have the bar manager call me and update: she finally did a week later. I told her I believe some of the bar staff need customer service and racial sensitivity training. This has been an issue for at least 2 years with this same bartender. None of our party will be returning. We will go somewhere we are welcome. Do better Holiday Inn.
