NillIn traveling for work I typically stay at another Hilton nearby every other week, but they were unexpectedly sold out for the night I needed. In researching - Tru was nearby, newer and looked well kept based in reviews. Upon arrival I was kindly welcomed and the room at a glance was very clean and I was happy with my choice. I wear socks in hotels for obvious reasons but this was a bit much when I noticed. Floors in this room are a laminate - no carpet - which I liked too upon arrival. I settled in, changed and put in practically new white socks. I didn’t walk much in the room, except to unpack - but upon sitting down I noticed how filthy my socks were. Literally my footprints in dirt. Are these floors ever at least swept? To get this much dirt on my socks when I only walked around the room for a minimal amount of time is beyond concerning.

NillThis is a great little boutique style hotel under the more up scale Hilton umbrella. It seems to be designed to attract the tech types who are attending classes nearby but worked perfectly for my house closing purposes. Reminds me more of European style rooms than American. I love the use of large pegs to hang clothes, backpacks, etc. in each room. If only the Larger chains could adopt such simple amenities.

NillOverall enjoyed my stay this weekend. The room was clean and all the staff I encountered were very friendly! It was pet friendly which was a plus for me and had a nice outside area with provided doggy bags which I appreciated. I only stayed one night but did not encounter any issues while I was there. The parking lot was well lit and the area felt perfectly safe I wasn’t worried about my vehicle being broken into. The only reasons for leaving 4 stars not 5 was the mattresses could be a little softer as they’re kind of hard and the breakfast was a little lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I was unable to eat my eggs as they tasted funny and my apple juice tasted as though there was no apple in it. Some toppings for the yogurt would be nice too as there is only the standard vanilla flavor offered. All in all though I would choose to stay here again if needed!

NillJanuary 2025 Came for an overnight stay, first time staying the Tru concept. Clean, new and lighted parking lot. Unfortunately, I can hear different guests walking along the corridors checking in to their rooms. Since this was a slow night, the front desk can do a better job separated different guests. Maybe just easy for house keeping the next morning. The bedding was slopping, looks like a quick job. However, i was too tied to voice my dissatisfaction. Good amenities for the room regardless. Good lodging concept for solo or couple travelers.

NillLobby is cute and they have nice nooks for working. Nice fireplace and pool table and good looking rooms. I love the fact they have black out curtains Downside: pretty uncomfortable beds, unless you like extra firm. Breakfast is good but basic, I've seen more of a wide variety other places I highly recommend Marriott if you like softer beds (they also have feather pillows and Usually more of a breakfast choice) Super nice staff though(ones I interacted with)

NillI stayed at this hotel 11/12/24 - 11/15/24 and I have no complaints. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good. I liked the decor and the fun vibe. The location was perfect for me. It only took me about 4 or 5 minutes to get to my office in the Domain. Everything that I needed was close by. The only thing that I will point out is that the rooms are not cleaned each day. They only enter your room to take out the trash but that didn't bother me. But I know that it bothers some people. If you expect someone to clean your room each day of your hotel stay, you may want to request that expectation at check-in. I will definitely be staying at this location again next month.

NillI will never stay in a Tru hotel again. Overall experience for the price is horrible. Very bare bones amenities, room design, and breakfast. I could have paid this price for a much nicer experience at another brand. Air conditioning unit was full of mold so everyone slept miserablely with allergies. Walls were so thin, you could clearly hear conversations in the next room. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Breakfast options were minimal. Electric vehicle charging is too expensive to be useful. We also observed a staff member attempt to key our vehicle.

★★★★Very good stay. Friendly check in and easy to get more towels. Clean room and clean common areas. Ac worked great, kept room very cold while slept. Very quiet all night. Breakfast had fresh fruit and the food items were regularly replenished. A couple of reasons it didn't get 5 stars. The pool table (always a bonus and the reason we seek out Tru hotels) was in good condition but only had one 1 regular sized cue. The lobby coffee was not good. I don't know if it's because I don't like the water here and it's made with unfiltered water or they made it wrong. The hot water didn't last til the evening so couldn't have my evening tea.
