This hotel is absolutely amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We were originally staying next door at the Embassy Suites (for your own good, DO NOT stay here), the room was disgusting and we didn't get in until around 9pm. We decided we just could not stay there so I called the Hyatt and asked if they had a room available and told them the situation. The manager Kat was so sweet and got us taken care of, so we were there for 5 days. Our room was great and the whole hotel was so clean, someone was literally cleaning and buffing the elevators! The staff was amazing. A big shout out to Jade, she was so sweet and I enjoyed talking with her. I can't remember the day staff's names but they were awesome as well. The breakfast was delicious, their waffles are the BEST! I would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back next year!

Reception staff were so accommodating and kind. I was with the Build Transformations event. Jade and Ana helped incredibly with a problematic check-in (my fault), luggage storage, restaurant recommendations, and more. I would have stayed longer in the lobby but the bar was closed. Is this permanent? Still, I'd gladly stay here again for the warmth and hospitality.

Breakfast, hotel overall are good. Service is good. The biggest problem is air conditioner is so noisy. It is individual in the room. When it started running, you feel it is like in a battle field. You will get woken up by it when it started. It will be better if it is centralized air conditioning.

The property is in a convenient location and during nicer weather, the nearby shopping center with restaurants. The hotel itself is newly renovated, but does not seem like an upgrade from older layout and style. It is a basic budget property. MI saw four rooms and all the rooms had window treatments are not properly fitting windows causing street lights and early morning light to interfere with sleep. Luckily i brought earbuds and an eye mask, which does nit necessarily lead to a restful sleep. Some rooms may experience extra noise from highway, and some staff are not familiar with room details that matter to customers. ||Rooms are clean and breakfast is fine. Front desk staff is amiable with varied levels of experience and training. No 3-mile shuttle service.

Great hotel. The manager here is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is in excellent condition. A pleasure to stay at. ||||The breakfast buffet is ample and well laid out. ||||The rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable. Pillows fluffy and very easy to sleep on.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is no microwave in the rooms, one is available in the breakfast area. They offer a hot breakfast each morning, which we appreciated. We stayed for 4 nights, and the breakfast menu was fairly consistent, featuring scrambled eggs, French toast, bacon or sausage, and southern fried potatoes. The hotel is conveniently located near Highway 1, making it easy to reach Austin in about 10-15 minutes in normal traffic. We did have some trouble navigating the TV channels, though it wasn't a major issue, and we weren't sure if it was the remote or something else. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I HAVE BEEN AT this hotel a few times always love, always feel welcomed, appreciated. From Robert, who manages the Arboretum to his assistant Hunter, Jade, Alex, all front desk operations as well as many more tasks, cooking, serving alcohol 🍸 and making sure guests are well taken care of. Navala, who takes care of the wonderful morning spread, with Jose, Jefferson and two other's ❤️ I didn't catch the names of. The great maintenance crew, Joe, and his assistant who looked out for me.

I have worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years and I have never witnessed what I saw this morning. The General Manager went above and beyond his call of duty. I went down for breakfast before checking out and I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello. The man that greeted me made sure I had somewhere to sit, he was attentive to my needs as well as the other guest that where dining for breakfast. I watched him clear off tables and take the guest trash. I was so surprised when I found out he was the GM. He has set the standard for the staff.
