I stay here in between work often and so far has been a clean and quiet place, rooms seem to have been updated recently. The desk clerks at check in are always friendly and quick. Not sure about the previous reviews but I have mostly seen workers at the property on my weekly visits, haven’t really seen any sketchy people on the property while here.

During a winter storm a couple of years ago, my power went out for several days, and this is one of the only hotels in town that still had space that was not inflating their room prices. It’s nothing fancy, but it had heat and electricity, which I appreciated.

You for sure get what you pay for. We got there after dark and the area is very sketchy. The front desk lady was super nice at check in. Their ice machine was broken, but she put some in a bag for me. The room was NOT nice. Checked the mattress for bed bugs and found staines and cigarette burns in the "non smoking" room. Hint of cigarette smoke. Rips and stains in the couch. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and the frame was off it in the inside of it and some splintered wood. The bathtub itself looked new and clean aside from the 2 cockroaches that were caught alive in it. The bed was broken down in the middle and springs sticking in our backs. We just needed a few hours sleep to get our dog to the oncologist the next morning. But, was interrupted by someone trying to get into our room at 1am. Thank goodness my dog barked once to scare them away. The bar across the street bumped music until the morning hours. I would never recommend anyone stay here. I would rather sleep in my car than here. When i booked it online it said "pet friendly" and didn't notate a different price for that. The next day a lady who was not so nice called me complaining about dog hair and that i never told them i had one. I informed them the website didn't say i had to and said pet friendly. I paid their extra deposit. But, maybe they need to be more concerned with all the other things and not the little bit of dog hair. She was rude and didn't offer any resolve with my complaints. I wish i would have take photos to share. DO NOT STAY HERE

Prior reviews made me weary of the location. When I arrived it was a different story. The scary men hanging around outside. They are men staying there while working. No one bothered me. Room was clean. Check in and out was easy. I didn't have the breakfast because I left out early.

I booked thru Expedia. To be honest, I thought I had booked a completely different hotel. However upon arrival I realized this was not the case. I was in town for a business conference with my service dog. I checked in around 2am and didn't have any issue. The girl at the front desk was nice. There was a $50 deposit for accidents, I believe which was fine. She asked what kind of service my dog was for which isn't legal but it was late and I was tired so I told her. The way this place looks is a bit unsettling. It was my fault for booking later than I wanted for this trip. I was excited about the breakfast in the morning as it would have been convenient for me. I came down to find out breakfast ended at 9am and it was 904am. The owner said I could take the sausage that was left and a hostess pastry, so I did. It wasn't much but I was late. The room was large and it looked OK but the vibe is pretty sketchy. The couch was stained - I didn't even go near it. The bed looked clean but there was an odd smell in the room - like old dog pee and feet. I didn't plan to spend too much time in the room just to sleep which I didn't do a whole bunch of. Between being stressed and uncomfortable, I only got a couple of hours each night. My service dog was freaked out by this place too. She kept acting strange when we would walk to our room. The shower was nice, hot and had good pressure. The TV worked, which was also nice. Most of the plugs didn't work, the door to the bathroom was stingy and looked gross and the front door was difficult to open and close. I had to body slam it in order for it to close. The noises that came from the bathroom sounded like someone was trying to get in. But I think the worst part was the fact that the bed made me itchy. I didn't see any bedbugs and I am hoping there weren't any (and I didn't bring any home with me). The pillows were small and lumpy and all different with different cases - this was odd. When I checked out, it was about 5am and the girl at the front desk was super nice considering the time. I was only here for 4 nights and each night was no better than the one before. I will not be coming back. I didn't feel safe even with my service dog.

The service is super good. A cleaning lady came every single day. Lovely. Location is good, there’s access to a 7/11 next door that’s easy to walk to. My room was..okay. We had killed 4-5 crickets in here and there was this loud noise in the vent of my bathroom. It sounded as if someone was hammering it? Room came with two chairs, microwave, and a fridge which was nice..the tv was a decent size too. Not too bad of a place besides the bugs and noise.

Booking issues. I was trying to book a room for someone else using my debit card. When i called to ask first question was for what purpose ( not their business). I am using my money ( debit card) to pay for the room. They make it impossible. Will not recommend

Never saw the rooms tried to check in the guy at the front desk would not let my husband, whom I have been married to for 20 years check in or use any of his debit cards. This has been our routine for the past years through choice hotels. He was rude, critical, and I felt super judged and exhausted after a 20 hour car ride. The front desk wouldn't let my husband talk and said that I needed to talk for myself and treated us like we were trash. He wouldn't even listen. Meanwhile you have sketchy cars and people doing unknown things in the parking lot. Very disappointed. However, customer service was kind, amazing, understanding and actually listened and made it a priority to fix and ensure us a joyful 20 year anniversary stay. Thank you again.
