NillWe stayed for one night here . The location is amazing - close to downtown and the highways - makes getting in and out very easy . However the building does look beat up and the rooms were okay - but as other reviews mentioned - the carpets looks very old and dirty . The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It took us some time to find out our room because the person at the front was new but since we just wanted a place to crash which was clean , this was okay , but could have been better,

NillThe room had a comfy bed and linens but could have been cleaner--especially the floors and bathroom. The location is very convenient with downtown about a mile away, a grocery store just down the street, plenty of convenient stores less than a few blocks away and close proximity to I35. However, the best thing about this location is Alyssa, who manages the front desk. She's GREAT! Very helpful and kind and always goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

NillWhen booking a night at this inn, I paid extra to be granted a single king size room. Upon my arrival, there were no king bedrooms available, and I had to settle for a two full size bed room with no money back or compensation. The outlets were not working. Our plugs would not stay in the outlet. They continuously kept slipping off onto the floor. The handle to the shower head did not stay in place. When showering, the handle kept dipping lower towards the hot temperature water and throughout my entire shower, I had to keep lifting the handle to get a cooler temperature water. Lastly, it did not seem as though the shampoo bottle provided was new or refilled since when I initially used it, I had to squeeze the bottle hard in order to get some shampoo out.

★The room provided had extremely dirty carpets with stains in several areas. The 2nd bed was a pullout that smelled of urine and had no blanket or pillow provided. Windows did not open. Curtains were stained and ripped. Bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The HVAC return left dark lint deposits on the bathroom countertop indicating it also needs a good cleaning.

NillBathroom smelled of spicy Indian food and also had a dead cricket in the bathroom. Electrical outlets would not work in the bathroom. Poorly lit Parking Lot, I did not feel safe. No coffee by the coffee machine in the room and was told at the front desk when I checked out that you have to ASKED for the coffee when you check in. I have never experienced that at ANY hotel in America. Juice machine was OUT of ORDER at the breakfast provided in the morning. VERY LIMITED breakfast offering. I do not recommend this outdated and poorly managed hotel to anyone.

NillGot there isn't the best area but was convenient to where we were going for the evening. Close to restaurants and that was nice. Glad we only were staying 1 night. Was over priced the rooms need major updating. The carpet was old dingy and room smelled old and mildew. Room we had reserved was not even available which was a single queen so we ended up with a 2 double room which kinda sucks cause we had to sleep in a much smaller bed. There was bugs in the bathroom and the ceiling over the shower was peeling and falling. The one bed had a stain which we didn't notice until we woke up. Gross!!!! We went to breakfast the only warm food item was the waffles. The bagels were stale and couldn't be eaten. Definitely won't be staying here again.

NillThe best part of this stay was the bed. Super comfy. But that's where the good stuff stops. Immediately greeted with an old smell of the room. Fine, no big deal. The AC was so deafening loud that i didn't sleep until 4am and just turned it off and rather sleep in warm air than noise. There was a big, heavy chair in the corner that had a questionable white stain. We flipped the cushion. Then we get to the chair that rolls. There was an outline of a damn coochie with glitter and melted candle wax on the table. GROSS!! Went to use the restroom at 6am and saw roaches coming out from behind the mirror and light. Also the vent in the bathroom itself didn't work. The closet smelled of stale urine and what hotel doesn't have a mini fridge or microwave in their rooms? Never stayed in a place where it was considered an "upgrade" to get a microwave. (Which would have cost an extra $1.82) don't stay here. Ever.

NillPros- my room was at the back of the hotel so there wasn’t any highway noise. Big plus. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the room. Cons- the ac didn’t work very good. The carpet next to the door was very worn. Room needs a deep cleaning. The place isn’t bad for the value. I’d stay there again.
