TownePlace Suites Austin Round Rock

Great spot in Round Rock. Was in town for a few days and stayed here with my brother in law. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bathroom was well maintained and it was nice having a full kitchen to use. Despite the proximity to the freeway, the area was surprisingly quite with a nice outdoor space in the back. Had good parking as well. Staff was fantastic, very accommodating and pleasant!

All in all a great couple of nights. Rested well, ac worked great. Breakfast sufficed and the staff were very friendly. Road noise is slightly evident but not bad, rooms in general are quiet except if you need to rest in the middle of the day. I would definitely stay here again as it is easy on and off for many directions. Close to good food and coffee. Alexis made the stay start off great with her friendly business conversation.

I recently stayed here and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The attention to detail from the friendly front desk team truly set this hotel apart. I highly recommend for anyone looking for outstanding service and a relaxing stay. I'll definitely be back!

Very clean hotel with a great staff. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star is because there is a house next to the Hotel that has a Rooster and he stayed to crow early in the morning. Not the Hotels fault but it did disrupt my sleep

This is a great hotel with amazing service. Gemma and all the staff make sure you feel like you are at home! The property is in a good location and the gym and pool are great. The full kitchen is really helpful and convenient. I will stay here again.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I initially booked one night, very last minute, on a third party site. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by Gemma who was one of the friendliest and most informative, helpful hotel employees that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. ||The hotel itself was lovely. The only rooms left available when I booked were King Suites which was not an issue because the rate that I found was incredible, particularly considering the last minute booking, the fantastic amenities like the nice pool, fitness center, my personal favorite- the absolutely beautiful patio with multiple different seating areas, large outdoor grill, and the fire pit surrounded by comfy chairs -where I spent hours peacefully getting work done using their free WiFi after another front desk employee, Tara, cheerfully showed me how to work the gas to turn on the fire pit. She helped me with this multiple times (among assisting me with many other things) over the course of my stay. ||In the morning, after enjoying the complimentary breakfast buffet- Compete with Texas shaped waffles among other tasty options- I spoke to Mary at the front desk who happily helped me book an additional 8 days. She assisted me in getting an absolutely incredible rate by walking me through using the Marriott Bon Voy app and made sure that I was getting all discounts that I qualified for. Not only did I get an additional discount on the already affordably priced King Suite, but I racked up a pretty decent amount of reward points towards future stays as a Marriott Bon Voy member. I highly recommend getting this app before a stay at any Marriott brand hotel. ||The room itself was lovely with not only a very comfortable bed, but a nearly full size fridge, 2 glass top stove burners, plates, silverware, pots and pans, a toaster, and even a colander. They've thought about everything you could need and if you don't find it in your room, the helpful folks at the front desk will happily help in any way that they can which is how I met another lovely employee, Isaiah who was all smiles and ready to assist me in the middle of the night. ||This hotel, the amenities, and the pricing are all great, but what really made this stay over the top wonderful, was the employees. It was clear to see that everyone I encountered from the front desk staff, who greeted every single guest coming or going every single time, to the housekeeping staff, the wonderful manager(who's name I wish I could remember so that I could give her credit for a job well done) and every other staff member I encountered. They went above and beyond, they made my experience here fantastic, and I am thankful for and appreciate every one of them.

A great budget-friendly option with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel offered amazing amenities, including a delicious breakfast, efficient service, and a convenient location. Perfect for short stays or business trips.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was amazing. Mary was incredible. Everyone was very friendly. Spacious suite room with a very nice kitchenette. First time I have ever seen a mini dishwasher in a room, very impressive. Breakfast needs a little tweaking but it was ok.
