The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it less enjoyable. Additionally, the room lacked USB wall ports, which are standard in most modern hotels. Overall, the space didn’t feel as updated or convenient compared to other places I’ve stayed.

Great service comfortable beds, clean rooms and a very helpful and pleasant staff the food is great. You have good service. No level is very low in the rooms easy access anywhere in the hotel and it is very enjoyable staying there would recommend it to anybody that would ask me.

The experience was comfortable, clean, friendly and relaxing. I slept very well and was rested for my job the next day. The only inconvenience was getting from the Sheldon Road exit to the entrance of the hotel. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

This place is special to us for personal reasons and we have always had the best service from the staff. They are always so friendly…. Except this morning. The girl working the breakfast area was so rude. We asked if she had oatmeal this morning and without turning around to us, she said “over there”. We figure out where “over there” was and then asked her where is the hot water. She said “give me a minute I’m busy” so we waited. We got some coffee while waiting, which was lukewarm. I saw her cleaning a table so I asked my husband where’s the hot water? He looked around and found a cup of water on a table top in the dining room. I was disgusted by this whole interaction so I just put my bowl of dry oatmeal next to the water we were never given or even told was ready. I thought she was having a bad day but she was very friendly with the maritime guests who were eating breakfast so maybe it was just us. Hopefully her day gets better!

This is my new favorite IHG property. The hotel is very modern and all the fixtures are new and very comfortable. The Sports Bar has a fabulous selection. Best draft beer selection I've seen in a long time. 2 different IPA's plus many more. The food is incredible. Also the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this IHG propery.

Staff is great, hotel has its years but it still is a nice option in the zone if traveling for business or to stay for the night. Great location, too dark rooms but convenient if you are there for the sleep time. Safe place overall.

I was there in the superbowl night, After a long journey of all the way from Bangladesh 🇧🇩, it was a good stay there! The room, the managers, the waiters and the food cumulate a soothing rest. I'd say, open up the pool guys!

First night I received my rewards points. Room was very comfortable but bathroom vanity was coming apart and needs updating. Second night (different room...ck out and then back in that evening). Refused my rewards points because I booked 3rd party (but I booked same way both nights and even paid 3rd party Hotel Engine extra to receive breakfast and rewards points. Rewards issue is still unclear to me but ohhh well. Breakfast is good but it isn't free with room.
