I stayed here with my boyfriend and our dog(Maltipoo 18pounds) for 14 nights and 15 days amazing stay! Top Tier the staff is amazing very friendly plenty of parking fresh sheets and amazing clean room every day if we liked. We didn’t use the daily room cleaning everyday but we did use it. The staff knows if you want your room cleaned or not they give you a still dreaming sign do not disturb to put on your doorknob which I loved. The bathroom is beautiful lighting was perfect for me especially with me getting ready to explore etc. The bed so comfortable I hope the owner response to my comment! Question what mattress is that it’s amazing we kept trying to figure out the brand please share the details thank you in advance! Overall amazing stay very thick walls we couldn’t hear guest next to us or above us. We were on the second floor they have laundry room available with full size washer and dryer! Trust me when I say you will thank yourself for booking here oh and I almost forgot fresh and delicious free breakfast every morning! There Texas shape waffles so cute!

I chose this hotel because iExit for trucks said they had parking for Semi trucks and RVs. Do Not go here with a truck or RV. If I didn’t already have reservations I would have not stayed here. There is not room to maneuver without having to go over curb. Also I don’t see any handicapped access. It’s my opinion that this is poorly designed hotel. When asked inside about the parking situation they said they have parking across the street or somewhere behind the building. I really don’t see where. I even called a head to check the parking and didn’t get a real answer. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, but could use another covering. The noise from the freeway kept waking me up and the shower head is like what you would find in a cheap hotel and the water pressure is not strong enough for shampooing my hair. I did expect better quality for what I paid for the room.

I booked our room through TripAdvisor for Oct 18 and Oct 19, 2024. I paid in full when I booked Oct.9. When we arrived my husband gave his c card for incidentals only. Later when he received his c card statement, Baymont had charged him 3 times. He called and was told it was because we never showed up. He finally spoke to the manager that was on duty that night, she remembered us checking in, even remembered what room we were in. She called back and told him it was not in the main system but she went through the info by hand at this particular location and told him she found the mistake and would refund him for the overcharge. When he received his next statement, one charge was taken off but the other 2 was still there. He called to talk to same manager but was told she no longer worked there. He contacted his c card company and they reimbursed him. We thought it was over but this month, he had the 2 charges again!!!!! Even though our room was paid for in advance. We’ve contacted the c card company again for fraudulent charges. This has been a nightmare! We feel like someone is stealing from us. How do they charge us a no show, when they have his card number for incidentals only. That proves we were there. We have NEVER had this problem and travel a lot.

I got my card charged for over 500$ in charges that were random and didn’t pertain to me and my stay in anyway,never had good room service and with that came my carpet never cleaned or bathroom my sheets didn’t either from what I could tell. The managers or owners are terrible at customer service. And the parking is horrible if you have anything bigger than a Tesla. It just all around is not a good place to stay especially if you are working and staying weekly. Would highly suggest to find somewhere else.

The front desk lady is amazing!! She’s super nice and is ALWAYS willing to help! |I accidentally reserved the wrong room, and she fixed it right up and was so accommodating. She was personable, she smiled so much and was even super cute too! Thank you for helping us out.

Staff is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of choices. Rooms are pretty big. Bed was very comfortable. Slept good after long time . Pool is neat and clean. Good Well equipped fitness Center. They have fresh omletes order to make on Saturday and Sunday . Parking lot is clean and neat.
