“This hotel is a complete joke. I accidentally left my headphones behind, and shocker — they ‘didn’t find anything.’ Either the staff is incompetent, lazy, or straight-up thieves. There’s no other explanation. The management clearly doesn’t care about honesty, customer service, or basic decency. Staying here was a massive mistake, and trusting them with anything was an even bigger one. If you value your belongings — and your dignity — stay far away from this dump. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, and that’s saying something.”

I recently stayed at this Palace Inn in Crosby, TX and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spotless, featuring comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, situated close to key attractions and dining options, yet still maintaining a peaceful environment. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The motel's attention to detail, including free Wi-Fi and ample parking, added to the overall convenience of my stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. Overall, I highly recommend this Palace Inn for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

We've stayed here before and was pleased then. Clean floor, sheets, room. The towel are not full size thick bath size. AC unit worked great. Bed was comfortable. I noticed many ashy/gray spots on the walls. It looked a lot like mold forming or had been painted over.

Very satisfied with my stay!!! Me, my husband, and daughter stayed for a couple months, and it was the best room we have ever had, very spacious and clean. Kitchen was perfect, pricing was affordable, and I love all of the nearby places to go to! I never had any trouble or problems at all throughout my whole stay! I love it! If we ever had to go back into the area, that is definitely the go-to motel!!! Thank you all so much. 100% recommend!!

Recently stayed here with my parents for 2 nights. The first night arrived around 9pm and no one was at the first desk. So I decided to call the number on the door and was answered pretty quickly. The attendant quickly came down and stated it would be $90 per night. $180 for 2 nights for 2 beds room. Rooms were clean, the beds were clean & did not creak (must have been relatively new), microwave and minifridge available. Free wifi had great service - the passcode is noted on the motel key card given to you. No bed bugs or cockroaches noted. The staff clean with soap and water the pathways up the stairs and the concrete outside the rooms. Housekeeping passed by on the second day to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us extra toilet paper, coffee cups, coffee, trash bags. The location is ideally close to Walmart and Aldi's for groceries and toiletries. What I am not entirely at ease with is the lack of presence at the front desk which is why I give a 4/5 rating. To check out at 11:30am, again there was no attendant present, so I pressed the Ring video doorbell and asked how to return the key card. The man who answered said I could just leave the key card at the window. There is a small opening at the window to slip a small item like a license or key card, but I made sure to shove the key card with momentum so it reached the counter, hoping it was sufficiently out of reach in case someone else came to the window.

Booked on expedia. Got calls while on a flight, couldn't hear the voice-mail. No one was at the front desk when I arrived even though it says 24/7 front desk service. Called and rang the bell multiple times for about 15 minutes, no response. Ended up having to book another hotel in the middle of the night. They then tried to call me again like an hour later.

It is with great regret that I am writing a review about my recent holiday in this Motel. Firstly, upon arrival, I was disappointed When we arrived at your shocking bad Motel at 9'O clock in the Morning , we were ignored for more than half an hour! No staff in the front desk . not only were we not greeted by the staff who were working in the reception . The guy with sleepy face ,This was despite constant attempts from myself and my husband to engage these rude members of the hotel staff of our need for attention. When we were finally acknowledged, they seemed unable to operate the computer system, spoke little English . And I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready, despite arriving at the designated check-in time. I was informed that I would have to wait for an additional hour before I could check-in. This was inconvenient and frustrating, as I had traveled a long distance and was looking forward to settling into my room. Secondly,I found the cleanliness of the room to be subpar. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were hairs in the shower and on the floor. The bed linens also appeared to be worn and stained, which was not a pleasant sight. Lastly, I was disappointed by house keeping . She was mexican old lady very rude and the level of her noise . She made us very disturbed .I was kept awake by her voices . Overall, was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel and do not feel that I received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to address these issues and ensure that future guests
