Rooms were clean, AC was great, front desk lady was nice and friendly. For a quick sleepover the price was great. Would definitely stay there again.

For a small town the rooms were clean, the bathroom can use some work. And they can hire an exterminator for the mice or rats. Please see picture below.

Great price, clean rooms. Staff was very accommodating. Older motel but has some upgrades. Finding places like this that don't break the bank is hard in an energy area. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The room smells clean and fresh. Beds were very nicely beded. The price was great. I highly recommend if in the area.

I give them negative stars if I could......DO NOT RESERVE WITH THEM!!!! We have a family event coming up, and they canceled all of our parties rooms(10+ rooms). We have had these reservations for months now, and she didn't care the least about her customers. I called another hotel to verify what she said to us, and was told they have to honor our reservation. Horrible customer service, how can you run a business this way. Lady is full of SH@#T. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, take your money elsewhere.

I drove an hour away to a room with elec and water, finally. As i drove in to their entrance, I get notified that electricity in our apt is now on. I advise him and he says," I can cancel your room so someone that needs it, can use it since you have electricity." His attention to customer needs and community awareness is the 5 gold star maker. I will definitely look to them first for an overnight stay in the area.

They price jump when they know you are not a local. If you want to catch up on sleep and be left alone, don't count on it, they will constantly bother you about cleaning the room. If you kindly decline the male manager gets in your face. When I finally made my schedule to not be there for said room cleaning they didn't change the sheets,, refurbished the towels, or leave the trash can in the room. The coffee maker had old coffee in it. The most they did was vacuum and criticize me about the tiny bit of pet hair I brought on my belongings from home. Upon departure, they changed me for a pet fee even though I did not have a pet. I'm a very passive person, but the owners are just hard to get along with.

The rooms here are 1/3 the price of all the other hotel rooms in town. Extremely clean and right there when you come into town. I am so glad I found this place.
