Allow me to explain something to people in certain situations that aren't happy with something that you don't own but you made the decision to pay for! Even though I wasn't satisfied with no room service for the entire week I paid to stay here, the phone doesn't work so you can call them instead of walking in the cold to the front office when needed help, cracks under the door so I had to continuously run the heater, mold in the shower and other unsatisfied things...... I still made the bed up and left the room in a decent form... Why? Because you never know when you're going to need their room again. It wasn't what I expected but I had heat when it snowed outside, a comfortable bed to rest and I forgot my phone charger so they provided me with a charger instead of telling me to go buy my own.... I am not religious but I do know how to treat people's property. They never harassed me and they took care of any situation I had dealing with the room.... There was no room service so I left the trash neatly instead of all over the room ( same as the towels and wash cloths)...

Room was extremely nasty the linden had stained on all of it and the mattress was pissy. They changed my room until an even worst room with the same issue. Bathroom door was punch 🤛🏾 in wall had brown stains around it. Burn holes on the linen. The manager Mike asked me if I would like sheet myself.to change the bed. The the joke was when you take off bed liner mattress is dirty and stained too. They was rude to me and Priceline when called very bad

Horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't do it. Service is Horrible, rooms are not clean. No one was available for me to check in once i arrived. Had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone showed up to unlock the front door. The lobby was very dark and uninviting. The clerk at the front desk looked like he just woke and and came to work. My room had a unpleasant sour smell when I first checked in. The shower had hair left in it from a previous guest, which I had to clean myself.

Very unfriendly and racist Indians running the place. Their rooms are not cleaned well with dirt for ages near the beds on the pillow sides. The receptionist Indian guy is very unfriendly, the cleaners very unfriendly, including the managers. I kept forcing myself to stay there because I couldn't find other cheaper a a little clean motels around their areas.

I had a great experience with the employees. My room was an updated room. And the location was perfect for the reason I was there for. However, I knew it was a rough neighborhood

They turn your AC unit off at 10 on checkout day’s & lie about the reason it’s off. It was a different reason everytime with my 2 cats the room but it would magically began to work fine after the room was paid. Also asked me to start paying for my cats included back pay from when I first arrived tho they knew I had them since the first day because they had to move my room twice because they were dirty. Would harass me about payments I had already made or make references to payments before they were due. I’m my 3wks there the room was never cleaned once even after saying they would send someone on the first day. & they don’t even provide breakfast as advertised.Not to mention they also have roaches.

Stay away from this hotel,Dirty & Filthy. Not recommend at all . Honestly whoever owns this hotel , obviously not care about cleaning, maintenance, or even customer service.

I needed something affordable until my apartment was ready. This hotel was disgusting. They would not refund me. Priceline needs to take this filthy hotel off their site. The room was so dirty, the blanket had dirt stains, holes. O the floor was absolutely disgusting. The towels had dirty stains. I was so uncomfortable. I didn't even sleep , I stayed up , I couldn't even take my shoes off the floor was so filthy. I purchased the room on Priceline for $59 a night , and the man didn't know I had reservations and was saying the rooms were $100. Not worth $59. It was dead crickets, they clearly didn't clean the room because it was an old avocado on the floor, I just can't believe they are renting rooms like this. I'm trying to add the photos but I didn't see an option to download them.
