It hurts me to give this place a low score because the other time I was here it was excellent!|The general manager was amazingly accommodating the first time I stayed here. This time, her accommodations were 180 * different and not as accommodating.||First issue: the blackout shades/curtains are amazing to have in hotel rooms for those who like to sleep in or work overnight. But when there isn't an enclosure at the top of the curtain, it allows a lot of light to flood into the room.||Second issue and biggest issue: The food offered from the restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered an $8 turkey sandwich which was 4 slices of prepacked deli meat (not deli counter-cut meat) placed on bread that is available at breakfast (general sliced loaf bread) with 1 slice of prepackaged American cheese (not deli counter-cut cheese) with 2 slices of tomatoes and a leaf from a romaine lettuce head.|PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURES||I understand the economy has been rough on not only consumers, but businesses, but to offer such poor-quality food at the prices they are offered is appalling!

This was my first time at this hotel and I would definitely come back to stay again. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a great complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and the cost was reasonable.

Beautiful Hotel I felt like family when I checked in. Hotel staff are amazing and made me feel so welcome. Elizabeth and Maddie at the bar were always inviting and went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Clean property and rooms. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. The only thing I didn't care for was the refusal to accept my credit card. It is the same card on my Marriott Bonvoy account that I use when traveling. I've never had a Marriott tell me they wouldn't accept it. It was no biggie but it's the card I use for points while on the road.

Experience was terrible. After booking with hotel, had a change of plans and notified them the day before of emergency reasoning. General manager was unprofessional, rude and deceitful on charges. Willingness to improve or correct was non existent. Feel sorry for the owners.

I flew from Las Vegas to Dallas to get surgery 2nd week of December. The hotel was extremely accommodating and the front desk lady helped make my stay extra comfortable. The room was clean and it also came with a nice breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend! ||Thank you.

Horrible experience with this hotel. General manager was very unprofessional, rude and deceitful. Many other great hotels in area with better service and stay options.

The hotel was better than anticipated as previously our experience with hotels in Dallas wasn’t that good. Room service was good. Rooms were clean and the receptionists were always welcoming. Would recommend.
