TownHouse Suites-An Extended Stay Hotel

No stars here. Keep driving!! My husband and I landed on this place and thought we got a deal in our situation for a reasonable weekly price and a full kitchen. We were wrong!! The mattress literally has Springs coming out of it, the unit has a roach issue, the counters are disintegrating from termites, the oven doesn't work, and our stove top literally blew up on my husband!! The metal coil actually exploded!! We had been here for two weeks and went to pay our next week early Friday morning at 6 am before work and their card system was out of order. We were running late for work so we told them we would be back right after to pay. We got here at 4 pm and they had already bagged everything in our room into trash bags!!! They pulled our refrigerated food and left it to thaw..all except the things they wanted to come back for. We were in a tight spot and thought we were saving money but we definitely paid in other ways.

The young guy in the office is very rude.. They change prices on you. The cleaning ladies are slow and do not clean the rooms. I stayed here for 2 months and I had to clean our room and ask for sheets. I asked for an extra little towel so I could clean the kitchen and they refused to give me one. The only thing good about this place is the kitchen. Hoes and drug dealers everywhere. Had to deal with gunshots every night. People always fighting outside with blood trails every where. $300 for a week wasnt a bad deal but it's too much going on at this hotel.

This place is alright. I've seen worse. But the room do have small kitchens in them and our mattress seems clean and is actually very comfortable. I think they are remodeling now so hopefully it only gets better. There is a 2 washer and 2 dryer laundry room on site but I was disappointed that the pool isn't open. It's just covered in dirt. It's in a convenient location. A krogers is right down the road and plenty of fast food restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The area isn't the greatest but this is Dallas after all

I stayed there for 6 months. Killed 5 mouses. Lots of roaches. Very bad neighborhood. Its 300 for a 2 bed. It takes a long time to fix anything. We never got a working heater when we were there during winter.

We were really excited to come to stay at the Lexington because they were supposed to be really great, at least according to their website. We had even planned on staying in the one in Houston while we built our house. Those plans changed when we saw the place. The first room we got was a smoking room (even though we asked for a non-smoking room). It was filthy. There were cigarette burns in the carpet and something black all over the fridge. We wanted to go to a different hotel but they said that since we were in the room we would be charged, even though we basically walked in and walked out. They did move us to a non smoking room. It still had burns in the carpet but at least it did not smell like stale cigarettes. There were holes in the bedspread and the carpet was dirty. I wouldn't let my kids walk around bare footed. One of the kids was going to sleep on the pull out bed but we were told that we were not to use it because some little girl had broken her arm on it. They gave us one sheet and one blanket for two kids. They didn't even have any pillows! I've stayed in some really lousy hotels before but this one takes the cake. When we complained to the manager their idea of compensation was $10. Actually, that was about all that it was worth.||

I had never stayed at a Lexington Inn before, and if they are all like this one I probably won't again. We checked in about an hour early and was told our room was not yet ready; no problem since we were a bit early. The clerk said she would upgrade us, but I don't know to what, since we reserved a 1 bedroom suite and that is what we got, but it was a very small one! When we went in, the bedroom light was burned out and the tv remote would not work, but they fixed those problems soon after I let them know.|The diverter in the tub/shower was broken, which I found out by turning on the water, expecting it to come out the spigot; instead it came out the shower head! What a wake up that was with the water still being cold! They advertised having high speed wireless access, but it was not working and even when asked would not give any credit for that. |When I opened the oven up, I found a very nasty broiler pan that looked like it had not been washed after someone cooked some steak a long time ago. I guess the maids don't bother to check such things. Makes me wonder what else they don't check!|We were on the 2nd floor near the elevator, which worked fine going up, but if you wanted to go down from 2, you had to push the up button to get the thing to come up! I used the stairs instead most of the time.|If nothing else was available, it would be ok.|

My room was nothing like the pictures. The cabinets in the bathroom had dry rot on them. The towels were small and thin. There was not enough towels for 2 people to use and when asked for more towels we were told to bring the used ones in order to get more. The management is rude. The pool was cemented in. The outside around the rooms are dirty. There were roaches and bed bugs in the room. The carpet was dirty with burn spots.The refrigerator was dirty. The room stunk so bad. I would not stay here. We tried to get our money back but were refused. Reporting to BBB

Really, this is a NO STAR hotel!! READ THE REVIEWS!! Nasty place! If you don't have a whole lot of money, then you got a good deal, because they are about as cheap as the quality! Live out of your car!! Nasty place, all you hear about is roaches, and bed bugs! I didn't even get a room, I was just shown a room, and I said hell no! GHETTO, LOW INCOME SPOT HERE!! I asked the dude about the stain in the floor, he really didn't care, he told me it was probably from pest control! It looked like it was there for about 2 years! If you want a good laugh on the day, READ THE REVIEWS!!
