I recently had the most incredible facial experience, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The environment was serene and welcoming, making it easy to relax. The aesthetician , Robin was not only skilled but also attentive to my skin's needs, ensuring every step was tailored just for me. My skin feels rejuvenated, glowing, and healthier than ever. I highly recommend this facial to anyone looking for a truly transformative and pampering experience. Robin is the best !

I recently had a facial with Robin, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Her attention to detail and personalized approach made the entire experience incredibly soothing and refreshing. The facial itself was pure bliss—gentle yet effective, leaving my skin glowing, hydrated, and feeling better than ever. On top of that, Robin is such a joy to be around! She’s warm, kind, and so easy to talk to, making the whole experience feel like a self-care treat with a good friend. If you’re looking for an expert to take care of your skin or searching for the perfect gift for someone special, look no further—Robin is the one! You (or your loved one) will walk away feeling pampered, refreshed, and radiant!

We had booked through a third party service. Booking.com|The hotel had NO RESERVATION for us. Even after showing the confirmation and PIN number and endless emails. We were celebrating my 61 birthday and our wedding anniversary. Alma Leon, I believe that helped us, went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was in tears and we were able to stay. The room was fantastic. The Library Bar never disappoints. Room service was great. Staff and Valet super friendly. This hotel is in a great location since all the BEST restaurants in BIG D are in that area or within a 5 mile radius . The beds are so comfortable ask for a view of downtown if you can..|Being from the Dallas area, this is always one of my favorite places to say . We did not get to eat in the landmark restaurant, but the menu looked absolutely incredible.! I would definitely return and was forever grateful that they were able to help us celebrate this wonderful time in our lives.

Well, my Tripadvisor review reflects a different review of finality on Warwick properties itself and the employees involved at the Dallas location . After losing $274., By using a third-party Booking.com The Warwick companies specifically Michael and Spencer at this location have refused to take any action for compensation to my husband and I for a wedding anniversary and birthday gift. Upon arriving, they compensated us for a room (mind you not a free room just matching the third-party rate). After six weeks, I’m tired of fighting with them about getting my elderly mother’s money back. It was a gift for our anniversary.. They have refused to give me any information for a COMPLAINT LINE , NOR have offered any compensation for the loss of $274 .00 I would tread very lightly when using third-party website websites and I would never ever stay at a hotel chain ever again that will not honor a photograph/email/screenshot of a confirmed reservation. This is Customer Service at its worst . Never again, not Warwick, not this hotel, next time I will stay at the Rosewood Crescent court, and not have to deal with such a lack of compassion and a lack of help to get to a higher level to retrieve my mother’s money back. If you choose to book through Warwick, I would closely watch and I would definitely book through the company itself. Otherwise, when you will show up to their locations, you will not have a reservation. Period. Once they have your money, you will not get it back. Shame on YOU!! I lived in Dallas for 30 years. I stayed there before and I’ve never seen such horrible horrible customer service on a hotel that CLAIMS. “ superior service.” This. Is no service at all .

Location was on point, just a few minutes from downtown landmarks and dining. Alma in the front desk was awesome and welcoming. Gave us good information in the area and help resolve any inquiry we had. The restaurant could use a little update as it smell a little bit old but the rooms were well presented. Will definitely stay again!

This is the secret wealth place to stay in Dallas. If you have class and are not pretentious then this is your hotel. It is not new but it is quality. The service and its bar (called the Library) are excellent. We have stayed here twenty times and will continue to because the overall experience is great. The spa is next level and the pool is very nice.

Loved my stay at the Melrose Hotel Dallas! The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable with a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the Library Bar was a great spot to unwind. Plus, the location in Uptown is ideal—close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I so want to give Warwick Melrose 5 stars, but just a few things keep it at a 3. First, we were in room 425, and it is beautiful, but if you want to sleep, forget it; you are on the corner of what has to be the loudest part of the city. You hear everything outside (planes, fire trucks, drunks arguing), and your neighbors next to you pretty well, too. The noise was a bummer. Second, as clean as the hotel is and as nice as your room is, the same "blood testing strip" was on the carpet by our room from Thursday to Sunday. Fairly gross. Lastly, the Landmark for dinner was a total disappointment. The prime rib was just awful for a prime rib restaurant, and I will do a separate review on that. The only good part of the whole experience was Dovie, the fantastic hostess. The highlights were breakfast at the Landmark, the Library for snacks and drinks, and the walkability to great coffee shops and restaurants from the hotel. Edited to add. Owner so eager to know more asks me to email him here and on Yelp. And I make the effort only to never get a reply. Shows that they eagerness to provide better is just for show.
