Ill preface this comment by saying that i normally stay in very high end luxury hotels so my expectations are pretty high and i understand that. That being said, The breakfast here is very good with lots of options, Beautiful lobby! The ambiance is great with a high end feel, plenty of parking. My room had pros and cons Pros are Phenomenal rain shower with great water pressure and smooth lenear heat, very clean, white linens, great color scheme paint and wall paper and great touches with the mirrored barn door slider that reveals a great walk in closet. Great lighting for the ladies to put on makeup. Cons: no microwave, not a fan of the banquet style seat to the left of the bed with the yellow and blue chair and back (a bit clownish and low end. Not a huge fan of the AC/heat unit, my room was always either to cold or to hot had a hard time getting the temperature right. The Staff here is really second to none! I mean everyone very well trained, very attentive, they remembered my name and asked if everything was alright and if i needed anything, always had a smile. If i had one criticism it would be the lack of security for the back parking lot. While i stayed there were vehicles that had been broken into in the back lot. Id really like to see a fence of some sort to keep guests vehicles safe. Other wise amazing experience.

I’ve stayed at the Glo hotel on two different occasions but the service has been very good on both occasions. Looking forward to more stays with my family. Money well spent. The ambiance is great and they keep the hotel very clean and tidy! Yes

Super clean. Comfy beds. Nice staff. A little road noise. Back of hotel might be better for sound. I generally don’t mind the white noise of the highway. But others might. The breakfast was pretty standard Best Western. Waffles, yogurt, eggs, and coffee. The seating area for breakfast was really quite nice.

Front desk staff is easy to work with. Rooms and hallways are clean. The breakfast is more than adequate and quite tasty. Depending on what side of the hotel you're on, you may get stuck with highway traffic noise but it's not terrible. I've been here a few times, and I'm not disappointed at all.

I really enjoy staying at the glo. The staff is very nice and it is very inviting. The housekeepers who work here do a great job by making sure you have everything that you need inside your room. The rooms are always clean. I never have to ask 2 or 3 times to get my room clean, and it will get done the first time. Thumbs up to the housekeepers. The breakfast here is out of this world. The food is always hot. They always have something new every day. They make sure the food is fresh. And I wanna give a thumbs up to the cooks. The front desk staff is very patient by making sure that you get booked in. I want to give thumbs up to the front desk staff as well. I would like to highlight some staff members. These staff members make my day and night go smooth. Ms. Teri, Mario, Janet, Thank you for all that. You do keep up the great work.

So, make it like Lobby Lobby's: clean, two elevators, good room service, good front desk service, easy access to the freeway, the parking lot is big, and the bathrooms are clean. Breakfast 7 days a week taste excellent. Nice Fitness Center.g

This used to be my favorite hotel until this happened: My kids wanted to go to the Jacuzzi so I booked the hotel for my kids just for that. As we checked in and got the Room together, me and my kids went to the Jacuzzi to go have fun and seen some mucus and throw up in the pool so I let one of the workers know about the situation and they went and checked on it and seen that there was throw up and big mucus all over the Jacuzzi. Then he closed the pool for that day to scoop it out. so later on I requested to speak with David assistant manager for accommodation because that’s the main reason why I b My kids wanted to go to the Jacuzzi so I booked the hotel for my kids just for that. As we checked in and got the Room together, me and my kids went to the Jacuzzi to go have fun and seen some mucus and throw up in the pool so I let one of the workers know about the situation and they went and checked on it and seen that there was throw up and big mucus all over the Jacuzzi. Then he closed the pool for that day to scoop it out. so later on I requested to speak with David assistant manager for accommodation because that’s the main reason why I booked a hotel for my kids to go to the Jacuzzi if they can give us a free night or work with the price for another night. Davide agreed to give us the same price we booked for the room and we say OK but they need to flush down all the water from the Jacuzzi and refill it with another new one because it was big mucus and threw up in it. But Davide deny my request to dump all the water out because he says that this cooped the mucus out and treat the water so I told him I say but it’s still nasty. They need to go ahead and just refill it with a fresh water can still say no because the maintenance don’t have time to do it. So we went ahead and just said never mind. We won’t stay a night anymore at this hotel. I requested for the general manager to give me a call and hit later on give me a call at 3:30 PM so I explained to him about the situation and he said he didn’t know why Davide denied my request and he would have to speak to him about that and he apologize. So they did not give me no accommodation and it still did not fulfilled my request.
